Olympic Stadium (Olympiastadion)
The Olympic Stadium is the largest stadium in Finland. It was constructed for the 1952 Summer Olympics. Nowadays it still hosts many important activities, e.g., the Helsinki City Marathon and many other games each year.
Helsinki Cathedral
Helsinki Cathedral, the symbol of Helsinki, is the iconic building of the city, and is Finland’s most famous and photographed building. The church is part of Helsinki’s Empire era centre and a landmark for those arriving by sea. Admission fee is included in this tour.

5.00Pick-up on time, great and clear communication with the operator, Daniela (our tour guide for the day) was super friendly and accommodating, a special mention goes to our Finnish driver (I’m terrible with names, I can remember) for being super funny and spontaneous! The guide explained everything in detail - the whole experience was so enjoyable that I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

5.00Private tour of the city, first part by comfortable minibus for max 8 people (we were 6), small free time at noon at the old market where we had the opportunity to eat quickly, then further tour by ferry and on foot. There was quite a market on the island of S. (mostly flat). The guide was nice and had a good voice, it was nice. Too bad for a private tour that the pickup is only offered in a few hotels to go to for departure (it is true that mine was a little off-center, Hotel Valo).

5.00Daniela was a super guide - very personable and friendly. She matched our pace and was very informative. Our driver, Pekka was also very good. He was knowledgeable and added extra info to supplement our guide. The pick-up at our hotel was super easy. It was fascinating to watch the ferry to Suomenlinna make it's way through the ice. Suomenlinna was a lot bigger than I was expecting; it was an interesting fortress. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00It was awesome experience with Helsinki tour. Right from my booking to me reaching the pick up point, there was constant communication from Ulla. And then came Mr Fransisco, our tour guide. He was amazing person and explained me the entire history of every place in such details that I was awestruck. He took care of us and showed us the city quite beautifully. Kudos for Fransisco. Thanks 👍

5.00My experience was a little different because I was the only one on the tour so Francisco took me on a walking tour instead and then we went on the ferry to see the fortress. Which is a must do. But it was great and I appreciated the effort for just me.

3.00This small group bus/walking tour was a little light on the historic info but heavy on political and social discourse...not our scene but others in the group seemed to be driving the discussions. I still don't know anything about the Fortress.

5.00Harry was a tremendous guide. He was funny, entertaining, highly knowledgeable, and eager to answer any and all of our questions. He was also super engaging, and made a huge effort to be friendly to everyone in the group. It made for a wonderful day for everyone. He also provided us with practical and excellent restaurant and shopping ideas for after the tour, and even gave me a short education on the Finnish concept of SISU which I’m going to remember forever. The sights we saw (Olympic Stadium, cathedrals, parks, markets, libraries, university, and of course the Fortress Island) were fantastic. All in all it was truly a 10/10 day.
