5.00We were only two which is not common for the guide , but this moment remained unforgettable so much the human is passionate about this culture that makes us discover and this extraordinary human contact that we were able to exchange. (I promised to leave a review , unfortunately it is only 11 months later by memorizing the incredible memories of Mexico that I do but I must keep my word to this man from where the meeting was significant and it is in my memories as this place )

5.00SO glad I found this experience through TripAdvisor! We (group of 4 people—2 couples) were looking for a tour of the Rio Secreto that was a little off the beaten path, and this ended up being a perfect way to explore the underground cave system! Guilhem was a phenomenal guide—fun and passionate and engaging the entire time. He led us through the cenote and caves safely and was so knowledgeable about the geology, biology, history, and culture of the Rio Secreto. We learned so much and came away with some amazing memories (and some great photos)! I would highly recommend this tour, and ideally try to go in the morning group if you want a more private experience with fewer other tour groups! Arranging pickup from our hotel was so easy, and the half day felt like exactly the right amount of time to experience the caves and enjoy a delicious lunch. One of the highlights of our trip to Playa del Carmen!

5.00Yes, the reviews are accurate. Nice, less commercialized, tour with a passionate and knowledgeable guide - we had Bosch (sp?) as our guide. Cool experience of swimming among the stalactites - definitely worth the trip. Would be a nice rainy day option. .

5.00My husband and I highly recommend the Hidden Cenote experience with Guilhem! He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate throughout the entire tour and made the experience very educational and unforgettable. This was the highlight of our trip to Playa del Carmen. The lunch afterwards was delicious and the perfect way to end the tour.

5.00If I could give this experience a 100/10 I absolutely would, our guide was the highlight of our trip and I would return to Mexico just to visit. This was an experience of a lifetime and I cannot stress how beautiful this experience was enough.

5.00A walk, almost, private in the rivers and underground caves with Guilhem who regaled me during this visit. Explanations, comments on this wonderful site, beyond a guide. I came out rich in knowledge about the history, spirituality, Mayan beliefs, geology etc... of Yucatan. Not just an excursion but an extraordinary journey. Thank you Guilhem....

5.00This tour was epic. We were very lucky and our group was alone, so it became a private tour. Gilhelm our guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable, attentive and funny. We all had an incredible experience. Miguel was our driver, and he was also wonderful. Highly recommended.

5.00Beautiful tour of the underground rivers guided by an eccelent Guilhem guide. We had a great time. Guilhel was very friendly, pleasant and kind. He is invested and passionate. We received special attention for our small private group. We started our tour well enough before the other groups arrived so we could have a special time. The tour concludes with a good local meal. We keep a very good memory of the visit. We fully recommend Guilhem
