Lousy, no show at the start point of the tour, already paid. They do not notify of the cancellation, they do not respond WhatsApp asking for the refund. A mess.

We went as a family in the company of Victor and we did very well, we knew the old town and accompanied us to the canal tour. It is much better to go with guide to understand what you are seeing and take advantage of the tour!!
