  This experience was a once in the lifetime trip! Ben, luan, and Juan made this trip so incredibly special. From the viewpoints, the laughs, the food accommodation, the birthday celebration, and keeping us safe- I had the trip of a lifetime. Ben was knowledgeable, friendly and made sure we were kept informed and cant reiterate enough, but safe. He truly gave us the authentic ha giang tour. He taught us many things about the villages, tribes, languages and ha giang way of life. Thank you all for such a pleasent experience and taking care of our group. Your efforts didnt go unnoticed and I will recommend this tour to anyone. In the future, please provide your riders with a packing list which could be helpful. We lucked out with weather but it would be informative to have.

  We had an amazing tour on the Ha Giang loop! Both the drivers Andy and Luan were great and we felt safe the whole time with them driving. Our tour guide Andy was really amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care and to showcase the local culture. He was very knowledgeable and by the end of the trip we were all good friends! Would definitely recommend to others interested in amazing views, deep cultural experience and yummy meals!

  The trip was a once in a lifetime experience. The drivers were safe and we felt very comfortable. The guide Andy was very informative and took us to lots of cool spots. We learned about the history of the area and the different people who lived around the areas if Ha Giang. We highly recommend Authentic Ha Giang for your trip!   It was unforgettable experience. I really advice everyone to do it at least once in your life time. The route is so scenic with breathtaking views. I traveled solo Ben was my tour guide. He is such a character with a lot of knowledge about history and culture. He made my trip really special he went out of his way to make sure I see everything what I could, even though some things wasn't included in my 4 days 3 night trip. So have to say masive Thank you to Ben for that. What comes of tour organizations it should be included some things as river ride on the boat and other. Also proper dinners. As I felt lunches in some places were more delicious and more food selection than dinners. After my first night we were eating out because dinners were bad. After all I had amazing time in Ha Giang with Ben.

  Just had the most amazing experience with the Authentic Ha Giang company. Me and my friend did the 4 days, 3 nights around the loop and found it to be the perfect amount of time to be able to see all the beautiful sights whilst also having time to experience the great food and exploring the small villages where we stayed for the night. The accommodation which was a mixture of home-stays, hostels and hotels were all good quality, and was a great chance to meet new people. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about doing the loop.

  Thank you for taking us on a 4 memorable days around the Ha Giang Loop. What is the most distinguishable is how Tuan and Tien both made sure that we were safe throughout the 300 kilometres that we did. Their driving was calm and allowed for plenty rest stops and time to think during the journey. Tuan also deeply understands the area. he doesn’t only take us through the stories of the tourist sites but he adapts the journey based on our preferences and what he thinks are interesting. I asked to make detours because I wanted to stay in a particular homestay or eat at a particular place, and he seamlessly weave them into our itinerary. he also is very friendly, helping me with my Vietnamese while trying his best to improve his English. The homestays chosen were nice. Tuan explains the rationale of why each homestay was chosen. We were nicely catered throughout the journey (although I think breakfast could be a bit more varied than banana pancakes haha) I am glad to have taken my 71 year old mother in this motorbike trip, knowing that she is in good hands. Definitely treasuring the memory of Ha Giang.   My dad and I did the 4D/3N trip and it was an amazing experience. The scenery, food, people and activities everything was perfect. Special mention to Ben who made this trip an unforgettable one.
