5.00This experience was 10/10. My guide Alfonso was the nicest guy who knew a ton about the history of Guatemala, the Volcano and had a great personal story. Got some amazing pictures of the Volcano, a great workout and a new friend. Highly recommend

5.00I had an excellent time, the guide Yasmin helped us and advised on what you needed, pleasant tour, cold temperature just to cook the sweets, nice experience also if you do not carry a camera they provide you with good quality.
Well executed, well priced package for group of four to climb Pacaya volcano.

5.00Extremely satisfied with the service provided. Very accommodating tourist guide. Yasmine organized everything on super short notice (only one hour). The driver picked us up at the hotel in Antigua, waited for us at the volcano side, and took us to the hotel in Guatemala City, kindly stopping at the restaurant. Everything was 100%. The price was competitive. Definitely recommended!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Alfonso to hike Pacaya! He was prompt, professional and kind and paid attention and adapted to the interests of my family, which made it a more meaningful and enjoyable experience. We climbed with small kids and he had patience too.

5.00The experience exceeded my expectations! Our guide picked us up in an 8 passenger van from our AirBnb and drove us to the volcano. He guided our hike and shared some facts along the way. He ensured he was going at an appropriate pace for our entire group and ensured everyone’s comfort and safety. You’re able to get a “horse taxi” at the base to take a horse up the volcano instead of hiking, if needed. We had pizza made on the volcanic rock and roasted marshmallows. There was a souvenir shop next to the pizza stand on the volcano to buy jewelry or other items made with the ash from the volcano. At the base of the hike, we were able to get fresh coconut water and frozen coconut popsicles to rehydrate. Our guide then drove us back to the AirBnb. It was an amazing, once in a lifetime experience and our guide was amazing!!!

5.00Excellent Service from Alonso, very punctual, polite and friendly. He explained many things and also made stops for us to eat and buy crafts. It drives very well, I recommend it 100%.
