5.00Our photographer was excellent. We have not seen the photos yet because the shoot was just yesterday but I would highly recommend Stephan if you are traveling to Barbados and want photos. The service via Viator has been simple so far. We will get our photos back through them so we will see how long that takes. So far, perfect experience.

1.00Viator is horrible and a rip off. I paid for a photographer, Korena was my photographer, she was very professional and we had a good shoot. She sent the photos to Viator on July 22, 2024. It’s been 15 days and I still haven’t received my pictures, I called several times and Viator stated she never sent the pictures and they stated they called and emailed her several times. And informed me I need to reach out to her for my pictures. Korena did verify that she did email the pictures. Viator hasn’t provided the good and services I paid for. Even worst the was pictures taken out of the country, so this is not an event where I can just redo the shoot.
