2.00I was very disappointed in the tour that was canceled only hours before the trip. I spoke with Linda the day before my tour. She sounded so excited to go on the tour. Only hours prior to the tour I received the text message that she has to cancel she had an emergency. She offered no other alternatives, and it was my last day in El Salvador and I was very and saddened. I spent the entire day of my last day in the hotel with no plans. I received an earlier notice I could have found another tour guide. My last day was ruined. Thank you.
