Gina from True Tours did an excellent job leading the tour. She has cover 30 years experience with historical restoration in the Fort Myers area and it showed. She was courteous and respectful as well as knowledgeable and funny. She spoke clearly and used a microphone so she was easy to understand at all times. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was very informative and gave us lots of interesting information about the area. The tour was well paced. There was a large group and she had difficulty with the sound system but we had no trouble hearing her. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is interested in Fort Myer.

This was a wonderful tour. Amanda, our tour guide was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. Her presentation was clear and you could just tell how much she loved downtown. She took such pride in this tour. It was worth every penny and we had a great time.

I went on the tour with my family, I work downtown and I was so fascinated to learn the history! Our tour guide was Gina and she was amazing! You can tell she is very knowledgeable and passionate about everything she talks about! I would encourage more locals to take the tour!! ❤️

We had such a wonderful time during this tour. It was educational and Gina was so sweet and her passion for preserving the historic parts of Fort Myers is truly admirable. Not all heroes wear capes and the way she has spent so much of her life dedicated to the cause of preserving history is just heroic. Downtown Fort Myers is fantastic and more locals need to check this out!!

When our daughters came to visit us in Fort Myers, and the Historic Walking Tour for Thursday had been completely subscribed by a tour group, owner Gina Taylor agreed to take the four of us on a private tour. Ms. Taylor is passionately devoted to the preservation of the historic district, and her enthusiasm comes across in her presentation of the history of our town. Both visitors and residents should take advantage of this educational and entertaining resource.

Our guide, Gina was great. We were a group of 10 women and she walked at a reasonable pace and answered all of our questions . we met and began at the Franklin shops, which was a delight for shopping. Gina was personable, informative, and full of fun information about the past. I’d love to have been the telephone operator at that time. , I highly recommend this enriched tour and we plan on going back in the fall to do the haunted house tour.
