Set sail on the west coast of Hawaii Island for a 3-hour cruise to Captain Cook’s Monument for dinner, as a local historian shares stories and legends of the sites you will see along the way. First cocktail is on the house! Listen in to live Hawaiian music and enjoy a magnificent sunset as you sail back to Kona. Don’t forget your camera and keep an eye out for dolphins and seasonal whales.

Local Baby Spinach, Rincon Farms Strawberries, Big Island Feta Cheese, Candied Macadamia nuts with a Waimea Strawberry Vinaigrette (GF)
Sea Salt–Brined Roasted Airline Chicken
Served with red mashed potatoes, a Hamakua mushroom and roasted garlic Marsala demi-glace, sautéed spinach and mushrooms,
and a warm coconut dinner roll with butter
Vegetarian Option: Thai Coconut Curry with Hamakua Sweet Potatoes, Hawaiian Breadfruit, Carrots, & Bell Peppers (Vegan/GF) and Steamed Jasmine Rice (Vegan/GF) Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
Dessert: Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Topping

Kailua Pier
Boarding is 30 minutes prior to departure. Guests are greeted with Island Style Pupus (Appetizers), a complimentary cocktail, Historical Narration and live Hawaiian style music.
Kealakekua Bay
Cruise 24 miles round trip along Kona's Gold Coast learning Hawaiian history, stories, and legends. The narrator will point out many landmarks along the way to Kealakekua Bay that are not visible from land. The narration concludes upon arrival to the bay and dinner is served. The cruise back to the Kailua Pier features live Hawaiian style music, gorgeous vistas of the Kona coastline and sunset.

5.00Great evening cruise along the Big Island’s Kona coast! Food was very good, crew was very friendly, attentive, professional and the adult beverages were made with a lot of “love!”🍹 Live entertainment and historical dialogue was great! Would recommend this dinner cruise to anyone visiting the Big Island.

5.00We had an enjoyable evening with the Kona Historical Sunset Cruise. From start to finish we were treated with friendly and attentive service that included a complimentary beverage and fun conversation. The historical commentator shared the island's history alternating with live music by a local musician. Even the Captain treated us to a solo! One in our party had a food sensitivity issue which was accommodated with a tasty substitution. The sun cooperated providing us with beautiful color and viewing Kona from the water was a treat. It was a vacation night well spent!

5.00So fun! Spinner Dolphins swam along side of the boat on our way out and on our way back! Manta Rays joined them on the way out! Fun was good, entertainment was fun we all sang along with many of the song. Information was great and Captain and Crew were amazing and the views were incredible ♥️

3.00For US$200 per head this tour was a little disappointing. Put forward as a dinner cruise, but within 15 mins of leaving the pier at 4pm, the meal was served ! It took a little over an hour to cruise down to the Capt Cook monument. Plenty of photo time allocated. The return trip was cruising further out to sea quite slowly, the purpose of this was to kill time waiting for the sunset around 6.40pm. The sunset was however worth waiting for.

5.00Wonderful trip aboard the Body Glove boat to learn about the history and culture of the Big Island. My husband and I enjoyed it immensely!! Added bonus: fun and beautiful dolphins accompanying us along our cruise.
