4.00Nice way to see some of Kyoto without taking public transport! Really my only complaint is the bike seats were HARD (the guide's seat looked a lot more comfortable), so that was a bit difficult. Alan (Allen?) was a lovely guide and I wish him the best in his future endeavors!

5.00What we expected and more. I haven't been on a bike for at least a decade, and I picked it right up. The e-bike was easy to maneuver and ride, and thanks to our knowledgeable guide, we rode through charming neighborhoods and saw parts of Kyoto we would not have seen on our own. Once at the destination points, our guide explained in detail special things about them, deepening our understanding and experence. I learned so much, and again, acknowledged aspects I would not have known on my own. Just me, my husband and another gentleman made up our intimate group, so we had a voice in how the afternoon would go. Also, our guide knew the quick ins-and-outs of getting to entry points to beat the crowds. I highly suggest this tour. It was fun, exhilarating, and allowed us to see so much in just one day.

5.00Exploring Kyoto with our guide Jay on e-bikes was perfect. He kept us safe on the busy streets and explained the history of each stop clearly. He has a wealth of knowledge to share and is passionate about Kyoto. We went to a great little Ramen restaurant for lunch. Remember to bring cash for lunch, all other entrance fees were paid for along with a water bottle and helmet provided.
Nice tour, may be a bit more to see in.

4.00Nice tour, could have done with some more cultural. You often cycle through the same part. There is so much to see, a pity that you cycle through the same neighborhood for so long.
Highly recommend - wish I did day 1 of our trip!

5.00Highly recommend! Learned a lot about the temples and local area from Lorenzo and he was a great guide! We had a great group too - it was fun biking through the back streets of Kyoto. We covered a lot of ground and saw/learned a lot. Am so happy we did it!

5.00Tour was just what we were looking for. The e-bikes were great, guide was very knowledgable, and lunch was spot on. Only wish we had more time to go on full day tour!

5.00This is a great way to see parts of Kyoto you normally wouldn't get to see. The e-bikes made the cycling real easy. We used a mixture of roads (ranged from big and busy to quiet lanes) and pathways. The motorists were real respectful of cyclists, so never felt unsafe. The knowledge of the guide (Pohan) was great and he made it a wonderful day. We stopped at wonderful little place for lunch and had some amazing Ramen and dumplings. Make sure to bring cash, as if you stop here they take cash only. I recommend this to all that visit Kyoto.
