Spot the historic deer stalker huts and wild alpine animals like Himalayan Tahr. Our experienced pilot will give you a running commentary of the lands amazing history. 5.00Unforgettable Experience with Precision Helicopter Hokitika NZ! From start to finish, our experience with Precision Helicopter Tours NZ was absolutely outstanding. The team was professional, welcoming, and made us feel at ease right away. Safety was clearly a top priority, but they managed to keep everything relaxed and fun at the same time. The flight itself was nothing short of breathtaking. We soared over some of the most stunning landscapes West Coast New Zealand has to offer—think majestic mountains, the deep blue Hokitika River, and lush valleys straight out of a movie. Our pilot was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us fascinating commentary throughout the tour, pointing out hidden gems and local secrets you’d never get to see any other way. Every Request was taken care of, and the whole experience felt luxurious and deeply personal. Matt got us and personalised the whole experience. Whether you're a first-time flyer or a seasoned adventurer, this is hands-down one of the best ways to see the beauty of West Coast NZ.

5.00Matt is a very knowledgeable pilot, giving a great commentary and getting the best views for his passengers - he even took video for us. A couple of landings and seat rotations so everyone got good views. Lilly on the ground was really helpful when booking. Highly recommend this trip.

5.00What an amazing experience. If you can only do one thing whilst in NZ this is definitely the one to do. This is a small family business not the commercial kind. Matt is an amazing pilot and knows the area so well. Very informative. What more can we say…Thank you for a wonderful trip

5.00I would like that share my amazing expérience with Mat! He did everything perfectly!! We can easily feel his passion for the machine and his land. He cleaned the windows before we go so photos are incredibles!! He told us stories about the landscape. We landes near a lake and he took lots of pics of me in the Flowers and in the snow! He put some music on the way back (perfect volume). I felt totally in security in the front. I think it would be the most beautiful moment of my NZ’s trip. Thank you so much Mat!!!

5.00Precision helicopters Limited Hokitika was an amazing experience. Matthew Newton is a legend. We just took a chance as we were there for just one day. Matt accommodated us with a last-minute booking for a family of four of flying experience was amazing. Matthew gave us a good guided tour and the Beaumont glacier landing was amazing. the good part was Matthew made us felt like a family Not like any other tour operator. If you guys are in Hokitika or surrounding suburbs, please do visit this family run helicopter tours. Matt you are a legend. We thank you a lot. We really had an amazing experience.
