Hokitika Gorge Walk

Fly too 6 different GLACIERS & SNOW LANDING! Glaciers include Wilkinson, Ramsay, Dainty, Lonty and Leeb Glacier along the western and eastern side of the Southern Alps. The snow melt from the glaciers create's an unbelievable unspoiled crystal clear water. These sites of vast expanses of native bush and beautiful alpine terrain will open your eyes to the true beauty of New Zealand. Visit the remote locations of greenstone and gold. Spot the historic deer stalker huts and wild alpine animals like Himalayan Tahr. Our experienced pilot will give you a running commentary of the lands amazing history. On your flight home experience the magical outlook of landing in the snow on top of Mt Beaumont. Mind blowing views, crisp air, and fresh snow to enjoy.

Great pilot good informative commentary, very welcoming and willing to have a laugh and take requests. Flight area change due to weather but it was still spectacular and beautiful. Everybody in our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves

Very friendly welcome from pilot. Wonderful flight including glacier landing and trip back down gorge. Very knowledgeable about area geology. Gave us excellent views of glaciers snowfields and gorges

All I can say is wow!! If you do nothing else in New Zealand you have to do this. One of the most incredible experiences we have ever had. Matt was the best pilot - very informative and lots of fun and Tammy gave us the warmest of welcomes. The views were just outstanding and Matts commentary was great. It was most definitely the trip of a lifetime. Skip the Franz Josef trips and go for this one instead. AMAZING!!

We spontaneously drove by and thought we would ask if there was another flight today. And actually there were still 2 places available. It was incredibly beautiful, a fantastic experience. It was very windy, so unfortunately we couldn't do a snow landing. But Matt, our fabulous pilot, flew to many places so that we could finally to a mountain landing. It was spectacular!

Amazing experience with an incredibly knowledgeable and skilful pilot. Scenery was outstanding and the landing on top of one of the mountains in the snow a fabulous experience. Thoroughly enjoyed and recommend.

Unforgettable Experience with Precision Helicopter Hokitika NZ! From start to finish, our experience with Precision Helicopter Tours NZ was absolutely outstanding. The team was professional, welcoming, and made us feel at ease right away. Safety was clearly a top priority, but they managed to keep everything relaxed and fun at the same time. The flight itself was nothing short of breathtaking. We soared over some of the most stunning landscapes West Coast New Zealand has to offer—think majestic mountains, the deep blue Hokitika River, and lush valleys straight out of a movie. Our pilot was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us fascinating commentary throughout the tour, pointing out hidden gems and local secrets you’d never get to see any other way. Every Request was taken care of, and the whole experience felt luxurious and deeply personal. Matt got us and personalised the whole experience. Whether you're a first-time flyer or a seasoned adventurer, this is hands-down one of the best ways to see the beauty of West Coast NZ.

Matt is a very knowledgeable pilot, giving a great commentary and getting the best views for his passengers - he even took video for us. A couple of landings and seat rotations so everyone got good views. Lilly on the ground was really helpful when booking. Highly recommend this trip.
