5.00An authentic evening of traditional ceremonies and amazing local food. The sticky mango rice is just the best. Lovely family run business, with local people helping, lovely place over looking the paddy fields and the mountains.

5.00Great experience either way the Baci welcoming ceremony with people from the village, praying and chanting, followed by a delicious dinner of local dishes. The setting is beautiful and calm, about 10 min away from the noisy city center

5.00Incredibly personalized and authentic experience we absolutely loved!!! Every part was exceptional from visiting the market to being welcomed into someone’s home to learn and participate in a baci ceremony, We then went to an outdoor kitchen to help prepare the multiple course meal. It was all a once in a life time experience!!!

5.00The food is outstanding, the cooking is fun and educational, the traditional Baci ceremony is welcoming and beautiful, and the music performance was very good and interesting. The host Somsay was very knowledgeable and gracious, answering all of my questions and guiding me through every aspect of the evening in very good English. His family and neighbors were all very welcoming and we shared many laughs and moments despite the language barrier between us. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Luang Prabang. Truly a life-affirming and enriching experience. Also, the banana whiskey is delicious!
