  We had an amazing time with Sylvia learning how to make gelato and what to use as toppings. Our 3 year old little girl got stuck in with the melting and mixing and definitely the eating!! It was a great experience, perfect for a slightly rainy afternoon in Verona. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

  This was such a fun and unique experience. I enjoyed the small group setting, as it allowed for engagement and enabled everyone to participate in the process. I believe we made 5 different flavors as a group, and got to try a full cup of each one + a bunch of unique toppings. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely don't eat beforehand haha!

  Laura and Andrea were perfect hosts and instructors. The class exceeded our expectations and we learned so much! Our favorite part was experimenting with all of the mix-ins and different flavors!

  We were so lucky to have Chef Sylvia to ourselves as we were the only people booked. The venue has a professional feel but welcoming and informal at the same time. The event is done so well, beginning with writing your names on the aprons (which you can keep), easy to follow instructions with plenty of information and advice offered along the way. It was such a fun way to spend 2 hours and it felt very authentic. Now home with apron and recipes, I'm looking at the possibility of buying my own gelato machine.

  It was a beautiful experience to make homemade gelato. I loved meeting other travelers around this wonderful world. I got to eat 5 different kinds of gelato and I helped make 3 of them. It was unique because there was so many condiments to add to the gelato that I would have never thought of (peppercorn, olive oil, balsamic vinagarette, etc.)

  We were on site in Verona to live this experience with my daughter, passionate about cooking. For an unexpected we arrived late, at 3.48 pm and, as written, we call the mobile number: the operator tells us, in a dry, peremptory and without appeal that we were already marked as "no show" and asked us why we had not called before (so we knew to arrive late, before even arriving late, while it says on the voucher to call if delayed, then locally) and when I ask him where the experience was he tells me not to allow myself to go there and liquidates me saying that he had better things to do. The result is that I also turned to Tripadvisor and they tell me that I can not get the refund and so I spent more than 120 euros for nothing. Solutions? They could offer a voucher for another similar experience another day, the simplest solution: the lack of clarity in the instructions makes me think very badly. There is nothing that burns more than the disappointment of a son who was thrilled to live this experience: we are not commercial toys and what happened is very serious, since they treated us "as annoyances" and not as customers.

  Great fun for our family with adults and older teenagers, very different tasting experience and more than I expected with very different flavours of toppings.

  We had a nice experience with this class. It was pricey. The instructor walked us through all the steps and also explained why we used the ingredients we did. Very precise. You work in two groups, where each side prepares different flavors then they are combined and put into the machine. We made five flavors, then at the tasting, were given unusual toppings to pair, which enhanced the experience immensely. We love to discover new flavor combinations. They also went out of their way to include the small children and make them feel special. The space was modern, open, very clean.

  Great experience with the family, hands on, lots of flavours to taste and we learnt lots about gelato. We can’t wait to make some of this at home.
