  It did provide a hop-on/hop-off experience, but geez...the guide was just incredibly annoying. He talked non-stop and I don't think I understood more than about two things he shared about places. He had his schpeel memorized and was likely sick of hearing himself say it but spoke so super fast and loud that it just wasn't even comprehensible. In the end, I didn't feel like I learned anything about any locations and most of what we passed by I didn't know what he was saying about them. The fake laughing at his own jokes was over the top. Possibly this tour could be better with someone else with a different style of being a tour guide where you could actually hear what they are saying and not full of so many not funny, way over-rehearsed jokes.

  I read the reviews and wasn’t impressed. But I did book for my self my daughter and son in law. It was a Saturday, let me tell you we had the BEST time on the bus. We sat up top and enjoyed the sun and views. I didn’t get our drivers name but he was fantastic. He had a great attitude and was so courteous to every one. My daughter and I kept saying the bus was the best of the day! Very affordable.. The best part was going over the Golden Gate Bridge we thought we were just going to stop and take pictures but we rode over it and stopped for pics! All in all, it was a great way to see the city & the major sight seeing places. It’s a 10 out of 10! Don’t sleep on this one.

  Took 4 different busses over 2 days, and driver commentary ranged from just the recorded version, to lovely and quite informative, to very loud and boisterous, without me being able to actually understand what was being said. So...I greatly enjoyed every ride, but only tipped once.

  The meeting place employee was very helpful in guiding us to the right place for departure. Our first driver played very loud music in between his narration which was also added lots of personal comments in a loud voice. In contrast, the second driver played the recorded narration. Overall, the tour gave a succinct highlight of San Francisco and its key landmarks. For my companion, his first trip to San Francisco, the tour gave a good introduction to San Francisco.

• Do not "Hop On" with City Sightseeing San Francisco. "Hop Off" before it's too late. It was a Fiasco.

  Paid for 2 persons for 2 days. Used it on day one, Nov. 18th. Before we left, the agents wished us "See you tomorrow, same time, same place." On day two, Nov. 19th, the agents and the tour bus were nowhere to be found at same pick up location. Was later told by a nearby ticket vendor that the tour cancelled out and was not running either that day or the following day. I do not need to write here how devastated we were except for these characters?*&(%#@. I filed a refund claim and am waiting for a favorable response.

  It was a great experience! I wouldn't miss it! we have seen a lot! Golden bridge was amazing! The best way to see San Francisco and what a Lovely commentory about the city. Without a doubt, if we come back, we will hire again thanks to him

• Loop Around City

  We do this in every city for an overview of main attractions, do whole loop. Then again and get off where we want to explore. Note the times, as it seems to end very early… Worth it !!

  Willie made our bus ride unforgettable!! If you’re one of the lucky ones who booked this tour then do your absolute best to find the driver they call Willie. I’ve traveled the world and never had I had a tour guide so amazing. His voice, his knowledge, his humor, was all top-notch and he made sure we didn’t miss a thing. Willie, you are the man! Please keep doing what you’re doing and spreading joy on all of your tours. We didn’t even want to get off the bus because all we wanted to do is listen to you’re hilarious tour of the city.

  Horrible! The other company had 3 buses come before we got one bus…I was hoping that it was just a one time thing but it literally happened for 2 solid days!!

  Bad service. There's no description of the ride. It's the driver who gives details of the places he passes, in English. Badly polite. Dirty old buses. They make a different course than the announced. Do not follow the schedule when they return to work. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE.
