1.00Bus is in terrible shape. The interior is falling apart. Worst part is that the speaker system doesn’t work so we had no guided tour experience. It is nothing more than an expensive cab ride. Learning nothing about this wonderful city on this bus. Sad sad waist of money!
Overall good experience would recommend 3-Day Pass.

4.00We did the 3-Day pass it was a good value. You can't do much in one day in DC. All the drivers were nice but Jerome was very helpful. One day had a long delay due to a break down but there's nothing you can do about that. The app is helpful.

5.00Dre was AMAZING! From start to finish, he brought the vibes and the care. Our mom had a broken foot, and Dre didn’t miss a beat—he lowered the bus entry to help her on, made sure the temperature was just right, and checked in constantly to be sure she was comfortable. He went above and beyond snapping photos for us and somehow made everything feel effortless. His enthusiasm was absolutely contagious and turned the tour into a genuinely joyful experience. Huge thank you to Dre for making this such a memorable, feel-good adventure!

5.00Our driver Dre was such a gentleman…he was very helpful getting my mom (who wore an orthopedic boot due to a broken foot) on and off the bus. The weather was cold and snowy and he was super attentive making sure we had access to the heater near our seats. He was very accomodating during stops making sure we had enough time for photos. Exceptional customer service indeed. He went above and beyond…Thanks again Dre!

5.00We had a great time. I grew up in D.C., but saw places I'd never seen before. It was a great way to see a lot of the sights in a relatively short period of time. The drivers were SO nice!
