Mount up on our beautiful gentle,spirited well trained Paso Fino horses and explore breath-taking countryside views just minutes from San Juan on a 2,200 acre private ranch. Soak up the Caribbean Sun while enjoining the sights and sounds of wildlife on the smoothest horses around.
Experienced guides will take you around lagoons, through tropical vegetation, and around mountains with views of coastal plains. Learn the history of the Puerto Rico Paso Fino and why the health and spirit of our animals is our number one prioroty.
When the tour is over check out our unique hilltop Mojito bar where you can cool down with refreshing drinks of your choice

Minimum age is 8 years old and up. Kids under 18 years old have to be accompanied by an adult in the tour.

Only 4 travelers are allowed per booking, bookings would be split for groups that exceeds the maximum number required.

Campo Rico Trail Ride

5.00Wow.. not entirely sure where to begin. This tour was definitely once in a life time. From the educational aspects of our extremely knowledgeable tour guide Aurora (excuse me if I’m spelling wrong), to the vast and beautiful animal species of the land, this trek was everything and more. If you’re new to HBR (horseback riding), the staff/team really make you feel safe/confident, and in no time you’ll be feeling like a pro! If you love nature, deepening your OVERSTANDING of the world around you—and within, then book this HBR tour neowwww! ALSO by you booking, you get to help make sure that ALL the horses get their daily exercise.. which helps keeps them healthy and strong, so it’s a win-win. Anyway with love, -bday gurl <3

5.00My daughter and I went on the 2 hour horseback riding tour. We had a lot of fun and our tour guide was GREAT. My daughter is 13 and a trained rider but I haven’t ridden a horse in over 20 years. The horses are well trained but it is a rough ride. It’s up and down steep hills, through large puddles and creeks, and on the straightaways they jog the horses. If you think you can do it though, it’s quite the experience!

5.00It was a beautiful experience, very obedient horses, great tour guides. Scenery was great, little muddy in some spots but the horses trek right through. Very good time! This was my husbands first time on a horse. Will be back!

5.00Ania was a great guide and made sure we all had the correct horses. The 2 hours is perfect for beginners and the surrounding environment is really beautiful. Highly recommend.

3.00The scenery was beautiful and the tour guide was amazing. However, the horse I was given “Malibu” was not a horse that should have been available for anyone to ride. I was told mid ride that Malibu was very skittish with puddles. I was then given a stick to used when Malibu did not adhere to my commands. On the ride when we approached a puddle, Malibu became very agitated and started stepping sideways very briskly into the trees, vines wrapped around my neck, and Malibu continued moving briskly, not listening to commands at which point I let go of the saddle, grabbed the vine and hoisted myself off of the horse to prevent from being further choked. I ended up with my entire right side, being severely bruised and choke marks on my neck I understand a waiver assigned prior to the ride, and I am fine with that however, this horse had no business being part of the ride at the very least I would expect the company to reimburse my ride
So fun!

5.00We did a private ride on 1/19/26 and had a blast! Our guide Javier, was friendly and knowledgeable and gave our advanced group the opportunity for some nice trotting stretches and took lots of pictures for us. Our group loved experiencing the smooth gaits of the Paso Fino horses as we explored the 2000 acre Hacienda. The horses are very loved and we enjoyed watching Carla and the rest of wrangler team bathing them after our ride. 10/10 recommend!
