Mount up on our beautiful gentle,spirited well trained Paso Fino horses and explore breath-taking countryside views just minutes from San Juan on a 2,200 acre private ranch. Soak up the Caribbean Sun while enjoining the sights and sounds of wildlife on the smoothest horses around.
Experienced guides will take you around lagoons, through tropical vegetation, and around mountains with views of coastal plains. Learn the history of the Puerto Rico Paso Fino and why the health and spirit of our animals is our number one prioroty.
When the tour is over check out our unique hilltop Mojito bar where you can cool down with refreshing drinks of your choice

Minimum age is 8 years old and up. Kids under 18 years old have to be accompanied by an adult in the tour.
Check in is 1 hour to 45 minutes before the tour time
Transportation is not provided
Only 4 travelers are allowed per booking, bookings would be split for groups that exceeds the maximum number required.

5.00Had a great time! My horse’s name is Illusion. She was beautiful and well behaved. Grace was my tour guide. Marjorie and Anya had tours as well. They were all great and experienced!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

5.00Great experience from start to finish! The horses are well cared for and clearly loved, which made the whole ride even more enjoyable. The scenery is absolutely beautiful the place itself is peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. Overall, a memorable experience that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something unique and enjoyable.

5.00had a great experience. I have been here before to do the ATVs and we had a great time, but this is our second time returning to ride the horses and it was a overall pleasant experience. The instructor was very kind and patient as well as very educational about the compound had a great time with my family will recommend.

5.00My family of 8 (ages 8 to 73) went on the 2-hr horseback trail ride as Hacienda Campo Rico in March 2026. It rained the entire time, but, we still had a great time. Our total ride had 10 people, 2 guides (Angel & Anya). The guides were knowledgeable of the property, history, and Paso Fino horse breed. Angel & Anya did a great job catering to our unique needs. They gave opportunities for the more experienced horse riders to trot with speed in open fields while less confident riders gave their horses a chance to snack on grass. My 8 year old became scared of the Caimans (little alligators) after seeing a warning sign near a lake and began crying on her horse mid- ride. Angel quickly circled back to investigate what was wrong and comforted her by telling her that he would protector her while on the ride! Even though it rained during our ride, we still had a great time and enjoyed touring the property.

1.00The fact that it was POURING DOWN RAINING & they refuse to give a refund nor reschedule is such poor business… the woman talking otp was beyond rude firstly who would want to ride a horse in pouring rain so never again will i come here

5.00I booked this tour for my daughter and myself, she's been riding for years. There were 8 people in our tour and 1 instructor. I could not tell you if the guide pointed anything out because I was all the way at the back. We did have a fun time. The tour felt more like a stroll, it was relaxing and peaceful. The only sad part of the tour was a young girl from the family with us was injured by the thorns on a bush. I suggest that these bushes be trimmed back to avoid further injury.

5.00Enjoy the “Flat Walk” on these lovely Pasa Fino horses. Angel was a fabulous guide. Attentive and supportive for the non riders. Loved my mount Galen, sassy and strong willed who listened to me and kept me safe. Experienced English or Western riders will love this very different riding experience.

4.00So this was my first time horseback riding and while it became enjoyable over time it was stressful in the beginning but thats just a given. The horse I was assigned to (cruella) although seemed irritated, and enough to try to brush me off the side by getting close to trees and other objects multiple times regardless of me directing her away strongly. Just an fyi be careful ! Tour guide was funny and helpful.

5.00Wow.. not entirely sure where to begin. This tour was definitely once in a life time. From the educational aspects of our extremely knowledgeable tour guide Aurora (excuse me if I’m spelling wrong), to the vast and beautiful animal species of the land, this trek was everything and more. If you’re new to HBR (horseback riding), the staff/team really make you feel safe/confident, and in no time you’ll be feeling like a pro! If you love nature, deepening your OVERSTANDING of the world around you—and within, then book this HBR tour neowwww! ALSO by you booking, you get to help make sure that ALL the horses get their daily exercise.. which helps keeps them healthy and strong, so it’s a win-win. Anyway with love, -bday gurl <3
