5.00This was an amazing experience! I was nervous, because of heights but Roberto was an amazing pilot. He answered any and all questions we had. It was so enjoyable. He saw wild bears running and brought the balloon lower so we could see them. I would recommend this for everyone!

5.00This was a fantastic experience. We were disappointed as our scheduled trip was cancelled due to bad weather. But we were able to reschedule to today and the weather was perfect. Transport for hotel pickup was excellent, the balloon trip was excellent and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Thank you to Giorgia, Robert and Francesco, and the support team for a special day. Highly recommended.

5.00Very good communication about when transfer will pick you up at your accommodations (if that option was selected when booking. That early in the morning, I felt safe knowing the vehicle and name of driver). Experienced balloon pilot made this my highlight of our trip to the Tuscany region.

5.00the flight was exciting and the view pretty amazing. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Nice spread of snacks and drinks at the end. Be prepared for a long ride back to the launch site.

5.00We had a magical balloon flight with Firenze Montgolfiere from start to finish, it was the highlight of our visit to Italy. The ride itself over the scenic hills, valleys and vineyards was amazing. The pilot and crew were great hosts for the adventure. They conveniently picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and were really good about communicating and coordinating the trip so all we had to do was enjoy the ride. The prosecco and charcuterie brunch was very enjoyable and we had the good fortune to land next to a winery and the crew was good about allowing time for us to go in for a visit. Highly recommend this experience to anyone! Thanks again, Andrew & Tracey from Canada

5.00We had a great time, it's a perfect chance to view the Tuscan countryside. The ride is peaceful and slow and really fits for everyone. We would like to point out although the listing says it starts at 6am the actual time depends on sunrise and we started it around 7:30am instead so take care for your plans

5.00Beautiful morning for a balloon ride. Captain was pleasant. The end of the ride was interesting. We landed in a field further away than normal and the gate was locked. Nice breakfast of meats, rolls, croissants and champagne.

5.00I have wanted to go on a hot air balloon since I was 6 years old, and it did not disappoint! We got a little lost on the way there (could see the balloon bit not figure out how to get to it) and they were SO wonderful in helping find and direct us to the right spot. The views were glorious, the staff was incredibly sweet, skilled and personable. Would 14/10 recommend. Thank you for beautiful views and a breathtaking experience!

5.00Easily our favorite experience! We spent 2 weeks traveling Italy & Greece, did many tours & excursions and this one topped all! Great staff, breathtaking views, a perfect landing & light breakfast with a Prosecco toast made for a wonderful morning.
