  Youssef created a true zen moment in the air, making us pause and fully appreciate the beauty and serenity around us. His skill and passion were evident in every moment of the flight and his entire team was just as fantastic – professional, welcoming and attentive. After comparing several providers, I can confidently say this is the best choice. From the punctual pickup at our Riad to the smooth drop-off, everything was perfectly organized. Even the drive to the launch site was special, as we got to know Youssef and his inspiring story. Upon arrival, we enjoyed coffee, tea and cookies in a Berber tent while receiving a thorough safety briefing – safety was clearly a top priority. We were among the first in the sky and enjoyed an extended flight, landing later than most. The takeoff and landing happened away from the crowds, making the experience feel even more exclusive. This was the perfect birthday gift for my boyfriend and an unforgettable experience overall. Exceptional service, a breathtaking flight and outstanding value for money – highly recommended!

  A magical ballooning experience over the diverse landscape of Morocco with the best Captain, Youssef. From the time he picked us up to the minute he dropped us to our Riad, we had a positive, inspiring and welcoming visit, great conversation and a dream come true ballooning trip. This was my first time in a balloon, and I think it will take a lot to top this one. Highly recommend the experience!! Thank you Youssef, Keep up the great job.

  This was one of the most memorable experiences we have had in Morocco. The communication before and during the excursion were outstanding. We were picked up promptly and delivered to a magical location. We were treated as honored guests. The ride itself was amazing. The breakfast feast that followed was exceptional.   My teenage daughter and I had a magical time on our hot air balloon ride with Ballooning Experience and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Morocco. The owner Youssef was very involved in the whole experience from explaining everything to us before the ride (and putting any of our fears aside) and he then attended the post ride breakfast and personally explained to each guest what the Moroccan food was and the best combinations to eat.   An extraordinary experience thanks to Youssef who took great care of us throughout this activity and who allowed us to see a magnificent sunrise over the Moroccan mountains.
