Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Guests must have recent snorkeling experience, be able to swim 100 meters and climb a boat ladder to participate in snorkeling or can enjoy the view from the boat.
People that weigh over 130kg
Due to the inherent motion of the boat we do not recommend travelers with back or neck problems participate.
Pregnant travelers may not participate.
Not recommended for travelers with heart problems, serious medical conditions or recent surgeries.
Minimum age is 3 years old.

Exciting and unique adventures to explore Huatulco's bays, reefs & open ocean! Just 8-12 guests onboard for excursions that combine exploring miles offshore where the dolphins, sea turtles and whales* can be found with coastal cruising in the Huatulco National Park including guided snorkeling on the best reefs away from the crowds. Our team of bilingual Marine Biologists leads the adventure, sharing their knowledge, experience and ensuring our guests the most sightings in Huatulco. First we cruise several miles offshore to the best areas to find dolphins, sea turtles & whales*. Our guides share insights into the lives of the dolphins, sea turtles and whales* we encounter while exploring offshore as we collect data for our research. Then we cruise back to the coast navigating the most beautiful bays of the Huatulco National Park; Chachacual, La India, Cacaluta, Maguey, Organo, Santa Cruz & Chahué. We stop at the best coral reefs in the Huatulco National Park for guided snorkeling. Finally we return to Chahué marina after an amazing half day exploring the open ocean, stunning bays and coral reefs of Huatulco. *Humpback whales can be seen December through March.

5.00I cannot recommend this tour enough - it was one of the most amazing excursions I've ever experienced! Our tour guide, Peter, was super knowledgeable about the ocean creatures and was mindful of how our presence may impact their navigation and existence. We saw an assortment of wildlife, including rays, sea turtles, and humpback whales (a mother, her calf, and an escort). The whales were playing and the calf was jumping out of the water - it was incredible and emotional! We also went to a great spot to snorkel where we saw thousands of fish along a beautiful reef. We wrapped up the tour by sailing along the different bays, which was also interesting. I learned so much on this excursion and will cherish the memories forever. I highly recommend this tour if you're eager to see marine wildlife, snorkel, and tour the Huatulco bays. Huge shoutout to the team for being so wonderful!

5.00Great snorkeling with lots of fish types and schools in healthy coral areas. This guide is very knowledgeable about the area and we saw over a dozen whales up close plus tuna herding fingerlings and jumping stingrays.

Our guide's knowledge was incredible - he could spot something from a distance, knew exactly what it was, put us right into position, and could explain what was happening / what was about to happen. His commentary added so much to the experience. Very comfortable boat, perfect length of time, logistics went off without a hitch, and I highly recommend the experience.

5.00This is a great tour if you want a smaller, educational, and conservation focused experience. Much better than a big noisy party boat in my opinion! If you like learning new things about nature like I do, you’ll love it. We saw, and learned all about turtles (saw 15+ Olive Ridleys), dolphins (a pod of bottle noses swam with our boat for awhile!), whales (saw 2 humpbacks from a distance), rays (saw a spotted eagle ray and some manta rays), and fish. But remember, you, and the crew, are at the mercy of the ocean. It was really swelling on the day we went, so there were a few tummies churning through the trip. Take gravol. The ocean doesn’t always swell in this area, I went out three other times in the same week and all the other times were relatively calm. The snorkel stop was good, but we were also at the mercy of the swells which dictated where we could stop and where we couldn’t. Highly recommend this tour above most other options. Small groups, knowledgeable and educated crew, decent sized boat, and a mix of ocean wildlife watching and snorkeling.

5.00A nice day out chasing whales, dolphins, rays and turtles. Snorkeling was ok, a little murky but that was out of their control. The Captain and Scarlet were lovely. Very knowledgeable. Kept everyone safe in the rough waters. Perfect length for this kind of adventure. Anytime on the water is a good time.

5.00The tour was very interesting. Our guide, Scarlett, and our captain, Tito, were friendly and helpful. We saw dolphins, humpback whales, sea turtles and manta rays. The snorkeling at the national park was a highlight. We saw beautiful reefs and too many species to mention.

5.00This was a 12 out of 10 day! 130+ dolphins, 10 turtles, a humpback whale and amazing snorkeling! Peter and Scarlet were educators and provided commentary on everything, we learned so much, but to have dolphins on either side of the boat, performing their own fun was something to see! Then to see a leather back turtle and several olive ripleys, was fantastic. After a secret snorkel bay where we were the only people, 7 in total, and fish everywhere, we were blessed to see a young humpback whale he came to the surface at least 5 times for us, Peter seemed to know exactly where he would come up! They are a licenced whale boat for marine biology, so we were close, but safe, always letting all of our interactions be guided by the animals themselves, not us!

5.00Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We saw numerous sea turtles and definitely some of the best snorkelling we’ve done. Perfect size tour as there was only 11 of us and 4.5 hours in total was perfect!
