I’m deeply saddened that today, nothing went as planned. My skydiving trip, with a 12,000-ft jump and hotel pick-up, was canceled with a promised refund, but my jet boat booking failed due to a mix-up with the pick-up location—different from skydiving—and customer service blamed me, denying a refund. It’s 4:35 PM NZST, June 19, 2025, and I just want this resolved with the refund I deserve.

If you’re visiting Taupo, the Huka Falls Jet boat ride is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The safety briefing was thorough, and we felt well taken care of before heading out on the water. The ride itself was incredible — pure adrenaline from start to finish! Our driver was skilled and full of energy, expertly navigating the powerful Waikato River with thrilling 360-degree spins, fast turns, and close passes to the riverbanks. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking approach to the mighty Huka Falls. Seeing the roaring falls up close from the water was something I’ll never forget — the sheer power and beauty of it were awe-inspiring.

It’s definitely worth it..It’s our second time doing the Huka jet and we would do it again. The driver T Was great at her job and a good laugh

Hit the engines and GO! Easy check in and the driver gave you a show a bit of a shower. Enjoyed it a lot.
