This program invites you to know the Humantay Lake in a full day trip with a short hike accompanied by an impressive landscape of Mountains.

Humantay Lake Peru
Our Excursion begins with the pickup collection from your hotel about 04:30 am to 05:00 am. Then we continue our journey in a private transport to the town of Mollepata famous for the Avocado Production in the area. Once we arrive there we will have a delicious breakfast and then continue to Soraypampa base camp (3900 m.a.s.l / 17.960 ft), from where hike begins for an hour and 45 minutes approximately to reach the Humantay Lake, surrounded by glaciers. When we reach Humantay we will enjoy the beautiful turquoise lagoon. There you will take the best photos. Then we will descend to Soraypampa to have lunch later in the afternoon we will return to Cusco by our Private transport.

5.00This was such a eye opening, awakening experience. I had so much fun. I felt very comfortable and safe with my guide and the tour company. Ronald really did an extremely great job guiding the group through the entire hike. Thanks again for this experience. Definitely will recommend this trip and Ronald to anyone.

5.00Ronald was a great leader for this hike, he made us feel very comfortable in the high altitude . He was able to find the non touristy picture spots since it was quite crowded at the top, he is also a great photographer!

5.00Ronald was amazing! He was knowledgeable and attentive when it came to concerns about the altitude or steepness of the hike. He clearly has a lot of experience on the lake humantay trail and it was such a pleasure to follow his lead. He made sure our entire group felt safe and comfortable throughout the hike. I would highly recommend everyone wishing to hike lake humantay choose Ronald as their guide! He made the experience so memorable. I wouldn’t have been able to complete the hike without his support and guidance!

5.00My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our hike to Humantay Lake in April, but found the hike to extra challenging because of mudslides in the area, as well as the effects of altitude sickness. Our guides, Roland and Ronald - were great! We would recommend this hike and trip to others - but be prepared for a challenge!

5.00The hike was definitely challenging because of the altitude. But our group had a great time! Judy was an awesome guide and the views were incredible. Our group hired private chefs for us and made breakfast before our hike and had lunch ready afterwards, that was an incredible bonus!

5.00The Humantay Lake hike was definitely challenging, but the views and atmosphere while hiking and at the top made it worth it. Our guide, Judith, also did a great job at being engaging and supportive throughout the hike. Really friendly and fun to talk to. Had some fun conversations over photography!

5.00If you're planning to hike to Lake Humantay, do yourself a favor and go with Judith and CrossoverPeru Tour. She made this already stunning experience absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, not just about the hike itself, but also about the history, and culture of the surrounding area. Her passion for the work is obvious. And she takes amazing photos. Beyond her professionalism, she was warm, and encouraging. By the time we reached the breathtaking turquoise waters of Lake Humantay, it felt like we were all part of something special. Highly recommend this tour and especially this guide!
