Join me in my Hungarian kitchen — virtually! During this fun and interactive online cooking experience, we’ll prepare traditional dishes together step by step, just like locals do. I’ll share family recipes, kitchen tips, and stories from Hungary while we cook, laugh, and learn. Your friends and family are welcome to join too, no matter where they are in the world. By the end of the session, you'll have a delicious homemade meal and a taste of real Hungarian hospitality!

Served hot. If we say goulash in Hungary, we mean the hearty goulash-soup

We did an online cooking class with Nelli making chicken paprikash, cucumber salad, and Nokedli (egg noodle dumplings). Nelli was a great teacher and wonderful host for our 2 hour cooking adventure. As we cooked Nelli shared information about Hungarian culture, wine, and food. We had a wonderful time!

We had such a nice time with Nelli for her online cooking class. We made chicken paprikash and it turned out absolutely delicious. Nelli shared information on Hungarian food, wine and culture. It was so fun.

Nelly is a wonderful host. She knows so much about both Hungarian and international cuisine, and the recipe we made together was absolutely delicious. I purchased this class as a gift for a family member, and it was really cool that we could experience it together despite not being in the same location.

We had a really fun and informative cooking session with Nelli online. She was in Budapest and four of our family members dialed in from the USA. She gladly accommodated our request to cook vegetarian dishes. Nelli speaks very good English, is a great cook, and shares stories about Hungarian cuisine and her cooking experiences. She even knows all about Hungarian wine and spirits. She is very outgoing and entertaining. She is very patient and takes all the time you need to cook the recipes (we did 2 recipes in 1 session.). She will take time on email ahead of time to set up your session so that it is just what you want.

I was in a group of four touring Budapest with Nelli. It was perfect! She is professional and personable. We explored parts of the city we would not have found on our own. Very eclectic settings with homemade goods, food and wine. It was a delightful experience! We plan to meet with her again for an online cooking class.

We were so fortunate last summer to spend time in Budapest with Nelli as she took us on one of her famous food tours, which was truly amazing. This past Sunday, we reconnected with Nelli and conducted one of her on-line cooking classes, what a blast! The Zoom call worked out beautifully with no technical issues at all. She prepared us well in offering what we needed to purchase before the class so we were all set once the 2 hr. session began. She was an amazing instructor ensuring we conducted every step in processing the food the exact Hungarian way. The Goulash turned out amazing, we had so much fun. Look forward to our next meal!

We met Nelli last year during a guided tour of Budapest and had a lot of fun with her, so we gave the online cooking class to a friend for her birthday; of course we cooked together:) It all fit, in advance we got the shopping list and cooked an original Hungarian goulash together. It was a very entertaining evening and Nelli a perfect hostess - always happy to return!

We were in Budapest in December and had a varied and entertaining city tour with Nelli. For my birthday I received the online cooking event with Nelli as a gift. It was a great evening with Hungarian delicacies.

Nelli was fabulous! She is a great instructor! I enjoyed every minute of our session. The class was a gift from our son! I love to cook and he knew how much I would enjoy cooking with Nelli. Who knew something that started out looking like wall paper paste would become a delicious treat to serve with the goulash. She did not disappoint! The best part was eating the delicious food. I will be making this recipe for friends and family.. Thank you, Nelli and thank you, Brian for this wonderful gift

Nelli is an absolutely delightful guide to Hungarian cooking! We made pörkölt together, and it was truly delicious. She has a wonderful style of presentation, and made this somewhat complicated dish seem easy. I had purchased this experience for my whole family, and we joined together via Zoom from California, Missouri, and Kansas (and Budapest, of course!). It was a great opportunity for our far-flung family to share something special. We plan do to this again soon, and we will recommend it to all our friends.
