  Cocoon Safari provided amazing service from start to finish. They picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the lodge, checked in on us to make sure we were fine and took the time to explain what was/wasn't included. They gave us a history and little tour of Victoria Falls, were ready to answer our questions, and were basically just really great and trustworthy from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend and book again. The safaris itself were provided by the Lodge (a different operator, but is included in the package). They were also good. The lodge overlooks a watering hole which attracted zebras and different types of antelope. It was located very close to the entrance of the national park and so we were typically one of the first in the morning - this is important as animals are usually only out and about at dawn or dusk.

  We were looking for a Safari tour either in Botswana or Zimbabwe. Cocoon Safari was perfect as it caters for both including Namibia! The Customer service was excellent in advising and directing us to the best decision for our destination while we were still in Aussie. Liberty and his team helped plan our activities to the tee and were flexible to cater for our needs. I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with the Cocoon Safari team prior to booking to get the best value for your money.
