We offer visitors to our IceBar Cologne an icy and completely relaxed experience. Only with us can guests experience the ever-changing sights of Cologne made of ice. After admission, the ICEperience begins in the cozy "Chalet". Here you can choose from a large selection of drinks. The first of three FREE DRINKS, regardless of whether it's a cocktail, Kölsch beer, a warm latte macchiato or something else - they sweeten the waiting time until admission to the IceBar Cologne. Our guests will then receive jackets, gloves and hats when they are admitted and can then experience Cologne works of art, such as the cathedral as well as walls and glasses made of ice. This icy experience is unique and only available with us.

Wouldn’t waste my money Ice bar so small not actually ice. Couldn’t get the the ice out of cups so had to have beer in a proper glass. Not good at all.

For travelers seeking an offbeat escape from Cologne’s traditional beer culture, The IceBar offers a frosty, Instagram-worthy detour — equal parts curiosity and spectacle. It’s the kind of experience that promises novelty more than nuance, but in the right spirit (and several layers of clothing), it is a box worth trying at least once. Each visitor is greeted with three drink tokens, which is a thoughtful touch that extends the adventure beyond the freezer. One token grants access to a pre-chill lounge, a cozy staging area where guests sip modest cocktails and or soft drinks before braving the subzero chamber. The real draw, of course, is the ice room itself, a crystalline cube of carved walls and glowing sculptures. Yet for all its visual charm, the space is small but intimate. Slightly larger than an elevator, and a full group of ten quickly transforms it into a shoulder-to-shoulder affair. Those prone to claustrophobia may find it more chilling than thrilling. Once you come out you can enjoy another cocktail or a warm drink like coffee, cappucino, or hot chocolate.

They give every person who books a ticket 3 tokens to be exchanged for drinks. One token is for the pre-experience bar (ie not in the ice bar) and the selection of offerings is ok. 2 tokens are to be used when you are in the ice bar. The ice bar was tiny - the size of a goods lift - and 10 people filled it. It is not to be recommended for anyone who is claustrophobic. The choice of drinks in the actual ice bar is very, very limited and we gave ours away. The ice bar, unsurprisingly, is very cold, and we stayed only a few minutes. Sculptures line the ice block walls and a table made of ice provides somewhere to stand one’s ice glasses. Good fun, novel, and an entertaining experience. Our 5 minutes in the ice bar (with 1x cup of tea, 1x 0% beer, and 2 orange juices) cost €45.86 for 2 people.

I would highly recommend taking a rickshaw to the destination. The cathedrahl was about halfway from river. Shots of liquer were so yummy! It was about - 16 degrees celsius. Who had the bright idea of partying in a freezer anyway?! Fun! Would do it again.

I think this is more fun if you've had about 15 shots already. Probably we didn't read enough but the square shack was not quite what we expected. We had a lot of fun with it but whether that was totally worth the price.

Yes, something else, but nothing special! Staff very friendly ! It would be nice if the music choice were different ! Unfortunately very remote but you can make for the price.

0 we showed up at our booking time and it was closing in 20 minutes. Told we would have to rush or come back. Then we were told we can come back on Tuesday or Wednesday as we leave to go home on Thursday. Just for us to find out that they are not open at all until we leave.
