1.00Extremely disappointed as our guide never turned up! We had been travelling from 3.30 am Saturday morning & had hoped this would give us a taster & bearings for our 3 days in Prague Anyone we spoke with at An Prikope where unaware of a guide with a purple umbrella! there was every colour but purple!!

1.00we went to the meeting place at 9:30 a.m, earlier in fact; the tour had been cancelled, unbeknowst to us!! an hour prior, we had received an e-mail from Viator telling us to get ready for the tour!! Still have not received any cancellation notice; I paid in full, in good faith.. very disappointing, I hesitate to book any further tour thru you..
