Argentine Side Tour – Approx. 4 to 5 Hours. The tour of the Argentinean side of Iguazú Falls takes approximately 4 to 5 hours and is divided into three main trails, each offering a unique perspective of this natural wonder. 1-The main highlight of the Argentine park is the spectacular Devil’s Throat. To reach it, visitors board the Ecological Jungle Train, which travels through the lush rainforest and along the river. You’ll disembark at Devil’s Throat Station, where a flat, accessible catwalk leads to viewing balconies right on the edge of the tallest and most powerful waterfalls. 2-This Upper trail offers panoramic views of several waterfalls from above, providing an impressive overview of the falls and surrounding river. 3-The Lower Circuit is a network of elevated walkways winding through the jungle, offering a more immersive experience. Along the way, you'll find several balconies and viewpoints that bring you closer to the base of the waterfalls.

Amazing tour. We had the pleasure of having Fernando as our guide for our 2 days private tour. He was wonderful, punctual, easy to communicate. Everything was well thought out and organized. Our entire journey was very smooth. He was with us throughout the entire time but also allowed us to enjoy the trip on our own when it was appropriate and at our pace. We did the boat ride on the Argentina side which is a must do if you have the time. Just be prepared to get soaked completely from top to bottom. We highly recommend the tour with no hesitation. You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our tour very much and thank you Fernando for a fabulous experience.

Douglas was our guide for two days. He picked us up from our hotel in Brazil at Fos de Iguazú. On meeting us, he was really informative about the two days ahead. Enquiring what additional options we would like to add to our trip. The trips that we had our passports and deet spray. And overall, he was really helpful and thoughtful from the off. Day 1 My first day was in the Brazilian side. Douglas insured that we knew what was happening throughout the trip, linking us in with the guides on site. He talked through the optional boat trip. With a dry and a wet version available. On his advice we booked up the wet boat trip in addition which he organised for us. This was a great choice. We had an amazing time. And I highly recommend to his next guests. Prior to second part of the trip, Douglas directed us to our chosen lunch spot, with views of the falls (and a Coati guest to my wife’s delight). Whilst we had time to ourselves, he was repositioning the car to ensure that our journey was made easy at the end of the day. Always had customer care at the forefront of his mind. The views of the falls are stunning, Douglas returned to us prior to our departure to guide us along the upcoming paths. He advised when we needed our ponchos (make sure you have these packed) before giving us the time we wanted Day 2 Collected from the hotel again, again he was thoughtful in checking we had relevant items and documentation. Offering assistance with booking the tickets needed for the next park. Another amazing experience, wandering through the Argentinian side of the park. We had views of where we had been the day before. And Douglas organised the day to ensure that the views just got better as the day went on. A very experienced and knowledgeable guide who will make your trip as wonderful as ours. Douglas was an amazing guide over the last two days. Both professional and friendly throughout. And a great member of the SCA Falls team. He was never pushy for time. Always gave us space where he recognised we would want it. And was on hand to talk us through the local wildlife and cataratas when we needed him. He has taught us so much, so thanks for reading and book yourselves for him to pass on his knowledge onto the next couple/group. Thank you, and hopefully see you on another future visit.

Both sides of Iguazú are unique and wonderful, and of course you’ll be crossing borders to see both sides. Eduardo picked us up right on time from our hotel each morning, and navigating the border crossing via taxi would have been a mess. He also had all of the entry logistics nailed, and having a guide enabled line skipping. Nice new vehicle and very engaging personality. 2 day tour is also great because by day two he knew our personal preferences and travel style. Questions answered on the spot, side stops for various things along the way- perfect. Eduardo is a 3rd generation tour guide… we met his father in the park along the way. Great memories made.

Great experience! We came to Iguazu unprepared and book this tour in a very last minute. But Sidnei and Eduardo did everything for us - we've been to the bird parque, helicopter flight, boat tour (and as we didn't have spare clothes, Sidnei organized a "dry boat" for us), and brazilian side of the falls. Another day was excellent walk throughout all three argentinian pathways and airport transfer. Without theirs care and experience we couldn't have done a half of that activities because of the long queues and lack of Spanish. Thank you Eugenie and Dmitri

This is NOT a 2 day experience... Falsely advertised! The communication should be better from the tour operator!

The owner of SCA, Sidnei, contacted us the night before our first day and told us to meet Pedro for a tour of the Argentine side. We powered through the day and had a fun time exploring. Pedro was so informative! I was disappointed to learn from Pedro that the information I sent along with the reservation didn't make it to him. He was a great fit for us, but it was actually a coincidence... I was excited about our second day with him but was later disappointed because towards the end of the day, Pedro told us he was not with us the next day. I wrote to Sidnei and asked for information from him about the second day... because our flight left the next afternoon. That's when he told us the second day would only be an hour and a half or two hours max?!?!? That's not what I expected when it said two days... I didn't have any plans for the rest of the day, and I thought it was lousy to tell me this the night before. Based on how Sidnei spoke to me via text over the disagrement - saying things like I couldn't get my money back even if I wanted to and I should have read the information on the booking, I wasn't interested in meeting him and cancelled the second day.

Our tour with Douglas was absolutely amazing. We spent the first day on the Brazilian side of the falls. Douglas made sure we were warmly welcomed and accommodated all of our needs and requests. His English is excellent and he was thoughtful and skilled as he guided us to the falls. We spent the second day on the Argentinian side and again Douglas was amazing. We navigated seamlessly across the border and with Douglas’ help the day before, we had pre-purchased the park tickets and spent very little time entering the park and getting where we needed to go. Douglas also made sure we used the time wisely to make sure we made the most of our time in the park. As an added bonus, Douglas took great photos. If you are visiting the Cataratas of Foz do Iguaçu, definitely book this tour and ask for Douglas!!

We had a great experience on our tour. We are traveling with a 3 1/2 year old & 20 month old. Our guide was VERY patient, helpful and caring to ensure we all had a good time at a pace that was appropriate. It was a very intimate & fun experience all together & I would highly recommend. 5 stars for many reasons! Highly recommended private tour for parents & singles alike if you want to see the best of the falls.

My husband and I had the privilege of spending two full days on a private tour with our guide Douglas, and we can’t say enough about how exceptional the experience was. From the moment we started, he was warm, open, and incredibly sincere — someone who clearly cares about people just as much as the places they’re showing. Over two days, we got to see not just amazing sights, but also how much depth and knowledge Douglas brings to the experience. He tailored the tour to our pace and interests, answered every question with patience (even when we doubled back and asked again!). He is also very considerate, took care of our backpacks when we were on a soaking wet boat, and arranged to pick us up with his nice car at a perfect timing so we only have to do a minimum amount of walk in the woods, What stood out the most was the honesty and heart he brings to the work — no scripted routine, just real stories, thoughtful insights, and a genuine love for the history and culture being shared. Spending two days with someone can go either way — we are happy to say this went very much the right way. It’s rare to meet someone so honest and grounded, especially in the world of tourism — and it made a real difference. If you’re lucky enough to have Douglas lead your tour, you’re in for a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!
