Since 1972, we have been offering panoramic flights in the city of Foz do Iguaçu. A unique experience enjoyed by more than three million passengers from all over the world, who have been privileged with an exclusive view of the Iguaçu Falls, one of the seven wonders of the world, as well as views of other tourist attractions in the region.
All of our flights and operations comply with aviation and environmental laws, rules and regulations, and especially the strictest safety standards. Our company is aware of the role it plays in relation to the environment, which is why we promote and practice this idea.
Since 2004, we have adhered to the Internal Environmental Management Program, achieving ISO 14000 certification in 2006. Thus, Helisul Táxi Aéreo became the first Brazilian civil aviation company to have ISO 14000 certification.

1.00booked this tour as part of a special two‑day trip for my husband’s 40th birthday. The highlight was supposed to be a helicopter ride over Iguazú. Unfortunately, it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with Viator. From the moment I landed at IGR airport, I suspected the ride might be canceled due to weather. That’s understandable. What is not acceptable is the agency’s complete lack of communication. They provide no phone number, they don’t answer Viator emails, and there is simply no way to reach them. In the past two years, I’ve booked over 100 tours through Viator, and every other agency has contacted me proactively—except this one. Because of their silence, I spent $80 on a taxi to their office only to find it closed. In the pouring rain, I then had to wait 45 minutes for another taxi, which dropped me at the Argentina border. From there, I had to get yet another taxi just to reach my hotel. In total, I wasted more than $140 and three hours of precious time on what was supposed to be a two‑day trip. When I finally managed to WhatsApp them (thanks to my taxi driver finding their number), their only response was: “We closed because of the weather.” No apology, no courtesy, no message beforehand. I wasn’t upset about the cancellation itself—I understand weather happens. I was furious because they didn’t care enough to notify me, and they couldn’t even apologize. To make matters worse, I have photos showing the place closed at 3:30 pm, even though they claim to operate until 5 pm. Their attitude is simply “first come, first served, 9 to 5.” Nothing more. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. They don’t care about you, your time, or your experience.

4.00Very well organised. Bit overcast so made it not busy and straight on to helicopter. Easy to get there via uber or taxi and a local bus. Fantastic overview of all the falls. Worth it.

5.00Unique experience. The 10 minutes did fly by. Note: the ad says that you can book your timeslot but this is not so. So a little misleading. But fortunately it was quiet and I could quickly get up in the air:)

5.00Although the helicopter ride lasts only 10 minutes, it is a spectacular experience with magnificent views. My advice is to have one of the backseats facing forward and then share your camera with the person in the other back seat facing forward depending on the angle of the helicopter. The people in the seat in the middle and facing backwards saw almost nothing.

5.00Really good experience! The pilot circled over the falls so we had good chances to see the falls and it was cool to see it from above. It was a lot of fun to fly a helicopter too. If you have the opportunity to do a helicopter tour, I recommend it.

2.00First of all, buy this tickets in person. It’s much cheaper. Secondly, if you get a bad seat, you see almost nothing. Lastly, it’s extremely short. It’s much better to just go to the park and see it
