If you have a flight after our tour please let us know in advance. You may need to take a taxi or book a private transfer to make sure you'll make it in time
The Boat Ride company’s staff members reserve the right to determine your aptitude to access the attraction and may refuse you access to it. Say Hueque is exempt from any responsibility pertaining to this point.
Please check the Boat Ride restrictions before booking. In case you can not embark the boat ride, no refund will be allowed.
Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year). In this case you may be offered an alternative sail or given a partial refund.
The boat to the falls can seat up to roughly 45 passengers
Pick-up time is subject to change
To participate in the 'Great Adventure' Boat Ride, each passenger must bring their passports with them. The company staff's members may require this documentation.
During the Christmas and New Year season, the tour may consist of groups of up to 40 passengers due to high demand.
People with physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency can not embark the Boat
People with back problems or back history, motor disability and/or osteoporosis can not embark the Boat
People with chronic lung diseases can not embark the Boat
People with heart history or neurological disorders can not embark the Boat
People with kidney history can not embark the Boat
People with blindness, deafness and/or muteness can not embark the Boat
People with morbid obesity can not embark the Boat
Insulin dependent people can not embark the Boat
Pregnant women can not embark the Boat
People under 13 years old can not embark the Boat
Go up and down 300 meters of stairs is required to access the Boat

5.00This was a well organized tour that included a boat ride right into the falls at the end of the tour. The walkways and view points to see the falls from the Argentina side were easy to navigate. The train ride helps to get you there and makes it possible for everyone to get to the view points. It was the stairs down & back up to get on the jet boat that would have been hard for anyone with disabilities. It was so worth it to add the jet boat ride as you get a really up close view and as the info says “You Will Get Wet” Bring a poncho, they do give you a bag to put your shoes, backpacks etc in but with no poncho you will be wet. The trip was so worth it and Falls themselves are magnificent. While not the tallest in the world they are certainly the widest with the most volume and we saw them at the height of summer. A must do for anyone visiting Iguazu.

5.00Great Experience! The Boat ride you get wet but they have changing rooms and give you a bag to keep your things dry during the boat ride. If you take the boat ride you will miss the upper trail to see the falls, if you dont take the boat ride you see all the hiking trails of the falls

1.00Don't do it, tour was a mess, from poor communications to tour abandoning us for over 2 hours - we ended up leaving and taking a taxi back to our hotel. Book anyone but Viator.

4.00You have to see the falls to fully appreciate it. We really enjoyed the park. I would have given a 5 stars, but there is one area I think they need to improve and one I may have misunderstood. To improve. There was lots of confusion if you needed to purchase a ticket for the National Park. Viator was very clear, we needed to. If the guide held up the actual ticket in our way to falls then those who thought they had it would know. There were at least two couples that purchased them and didn’t need to. Others found out after we met by the entrance only to discover they needed to get in line to purchase, delaying the group The item that may have been my misunderstanding. I thought we were in a small group, English only. We had a group of 30 and a mix Spanish and English speaking Adding to the confusion, the guide I went with had a large bus. As we were about to board, a smaller van pulled up and called out my name. The guides spoke and we were directed to the bus. Our guide was very good. If he would make this one improvement, the entrance to the park would have gone smoother.

5.00A fantastic and exhilarating trip up the rapids and under a couple of waterfalls - make sure you bring a change of clothes as you get drenched! Jorge, our guide, was friendly and gave us lots of information about the flora, fauna and geology/geography of the falls. He navigated us through the ticket queues and walks, and made sure that we got the best out of the trip. The boat trip itself felt very safe, and there were opportunities to take lots of photographs before the crew told us to pack our (unprotected) cameras and phones into a dry sack(one provided for each person). Also, we had the opportunity to buy a video of the trip (but not a hard sell). In summary, a fantastic trip - but make sure you are fit enough to make the trip as it is a bit strenuous.

5.00The best trip to take in the whole Argentina side of the falls. The boat trip and falls shower was a great laugh - you get VERY wet! Would recommend for the full experience. Our guide Jorge was excellent.

5.00Fabulous experience! Good mix of activities with walking, train, truck and boat. Definitely recommend all the activities but the boat ride into the falls is incredible and shouldn’t be missed! Well organized and our guide Jorge was excellent!
