My morning kayaking on Pambula River and shucking oysters was the highlight of my holiday. Kayaking on the river as the sun rose was so peaceful & it was great to observe nature from on the water. The guides Jess & David were very friendly & insightful and the equipment made it smooth and safe kayaking. The education and tasting at Broadwater Oysters was very interesting & yummy. It beautifully complimented our kayaking around the oyster crops on the river. Thank you.

Absolutely loved this expedition. Pambula River is a spectacular ecosystem, we kayaked through oyster leases, watched birds from the shoreline and the skyline, my favourite the nesting sea eagles (so many more White faced herons, pelicans…). The scenery was just spectacular, we found a slice of paradise the sapphire coast! David and Jess are passionate about natural spaces and knowledgeable locals. We finished the trip with an Oyster shucking and tasting experience at Broadwater Oysters, thank you Charlotte, so good! This trip was accessible for all, the equipment was new and well cared for and we would recommend for experience for everyone. Thank you David, Jess and Charlotte for sharing with us!

Everything went perfectly well, the weather, the company, the kayaks, the river, the superlative oysters. It was just a wonderful experience. Jess and Glen were so knowledgable and fun and Mel at Broadwater oysters was too.

Jess from Navigate Expeditions led us on an amazing tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the local area's history, animal inhabitants and oyster harvesting. Kayaking was on the lovely Pembula river which was easy to do within the allotted time but also with plenty of time to just cruise along and enjoy nature. The oysters in the middle were absolutely delicious and we would go back!
