Next, learn about the ancient spice routes and put your sense of smell to the test, in a spice identification game and learn how to blend Saudi Arabia’s #1 spice mix to use on your food and take as a souvenir. Watch the ancient techniques of preparing traditional smoke-infused water from the south of the kingdom before learning the steps required to make traditional Arabic coffee. What follows is a sumptuous, multi-dish Najd regional feast that is sure to delight your tastebuds and fill your stomach, with the history and origins of each dish explained, with a lesson in Saudi dining etiquette. To finish enjoy a tasting of some of the award-winning honeys of the Aseer region, before choosing your favorite to enjoy with dessert, ending with a traditional tea and incense class before heading home.

It is a phantastic experience combining Saudi cultural elements with food. A very pleasant way to learn about Saudi Arabia. Souliman, our guide, has been extremely good in guiding us through the culture and telling the associated stories. This is pleasant must for everyone who can spare 3 hours and wishes to learn about Saudi culture.

Amazing experience. What a fantastic way to enjoy Saudi hospitality and great food. We learned a lot and very much enjoyed the interactive evening, with a big thank you to our awesome host Suliman who was lots of fun to be around with, very knowleadgable and kind. We were on a business trip from America and local friends took us here - it was truly amazing ! Once in a lifetime experience to immerse yourself in local Saudi culture ! so thankful to have experienced this and definitely recommending to all my worldwide friends . We had an absolutely amazing experience. Suliman was friendly, engaging, patient, and knowledgable. We felt comfortable asking questions, which I loved. I learned a ton. The tour provided a wide variety of experiences and the food was so delicious that I didn’t want to stop eating! We can’t wait to do another tour!

Suliman was awesome! Seriously one of the best tours I’ve ever had (I travel a lot). Very personable and informative. He will give you true Saudi culture and is very open about things. You will have a blast!
