  We did the city tour with Tracy and it was such a special way to start our trip. Tracy is the owner and she is so incredibly knowledgeable about Yellowknife. You can tell she truly loves this town and she shared so many interesting stories that made the history feel real. It didn't feel like a standard tour at all but more like a friend showing us around her home. She is such an amazing person and made us feel so welcome from the very start.   Tracy's Bucket List Cozy Cabin Tour was amazing. I had originally booked two nights but we did not see any auroras due to cloudy weather. I booked another night and the third time was the charm! The aurora was simply beautiful and clearly visible from Tracy's cabin. The cabin, itself, was very warm and cozy. We were fed delicious fish chowder and bannock made fresh on the spot. Tracy and her staff were beyond amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

  Tracy’s cosy cabin experience was outstanding and 100% worth it. Tracy is a warm and outgoing and kind person who will do her best to make your time at her cabin an enjoyable and unforgettable one. She does it with the help of her 2 young and hardworking helpers. On our visit there were only 5 guests, although the cabin can house at least ten more. So it was an intimate and relaxing evening for us. An unexpected snow storm blew in and so this small, quaint cabin in the woods miles away from Yellowknife was the perfect place to be. If we had better weather I’m sure the Aurora viewing outside would have been incredible. Nevertheless I did not regret taking the excursion at all. We spent a quiet evening feeling toasty next to the wood burning stove, chatting with the other guests and the friendly staff, as well as enjoying the delicious home made food. Suggest you eat a light supper before showing up ! Highly recommend cosy cabin.

  My husband and I went on an Aurora night tour with Bucket List Tours, and Tracy is truly one of the kindest, most hardworking people you’ll ever meet. Even though we didn’t get to see the Aurora, we have absolutely no regrets because the experience itself was so special. We spent the evening around a bonfire, making s’mores, and listening to meaningful stories about Indigenous culture, which made the night unforgettable. Tracy and her wonderful team went above and beyond by preparing freshly baked bannock bread and soup for us, and she even shared the recipe with everyone. We met such amazing people and felt so welcomed throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this touring company to anyone visiting Yellowknife.   Very positive experience, Tracy is was very hospitable, made everyone bannock soda bread and a chowder. We saw the aurora and were able to use the outhouse if access to bathrooms and increased comfort are important to you this is a premium option for aurora viewing, and a unique and different experience than going on the bus. Tracy also shared knowledge about The Northwest Territories, indigenous cultural history and aurora borealis not shared by the hunting tours. Highly recommend this tour and go soon before the solar minimum of 2027 starts. You can even go early September or end of August if you still want to do canoeing and hiking during the day and aurora viewing at night with early autumn aurora photos reflecting off the lakes or go now in March when the ice castle tour opens up!

  Tracey was an excellent host in providing an excellent experience of watching Her ( Aurora). The area was a dark location providing excellent non light pollution. Pictures of each portion of the 17 there had photos taken by pairs, groups or individuals. A small meal of bannock and fish chowder was provided. The proceeding things made the viewing all the better as each was allowed to spend as much time viewing as wanted despite the Temperature of negative 34deg F wind chilling neg 43deg F

  Right from pick up and meeting Tracy, I knew this was going to be an amazing experience. While we were driving to her cozy cabin, Auroa was out in all her glory, so Tracy did a quick pitstop for us where we got out of the bus to take photos, and that wasn't even the start. When we arrived at her perfect cabin, the whole group was in amazement of how spectacular Aroura was shining upon us. After spending as much time outside as possible, we were treated to delicious soup and fresh Banock she had prepared while we were outside. Her array of coats was next level, with everyone having fun trying them on. The attention to detail, passion and enthusiasm from Tracy & her crew was next level. Our photos came out as good as a marketing proposal. Thank you Tracy for making a truly unforgettable experience uniquely beautiful.

  ✨ She said YES! Tracy said yes to everything I asked for — and even more — to help me organize a very special marriage proposal for my brother and his girlfriend. From the very first moment I contacted her, Tracy was incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. She helped us plan every detail, coordinated a beautiful surprise by having the bride-to-be’s parents show up unexpectedly, and even helped us find a photographer to capture the moment. Despite the Arctic cold, Tracy and her entire team made us feel truly welcome with their professionalism, kindness, and friendly attitude. Everything was handled with care, flexibility, and such a positive energy that we felt completely supported throughout the experience. Thanks to Tracy and her wonderful staff, the proposal became an unforgettable moment for our whole family. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us create such a meaningful memory. • Delicious Aurora adventure!

  Well, while the night was mostly a bust regards seeing the auroras, we did quite enjoy the experience and ambiance, not to mention the fresh and very tasty chowder and bannock! Easily the best aurora viewing tour out there! Highly recommend!
