Chef Charutu was very kind and knowledgeable. She walked us patiently through a variety of items. We enjoyed our time with her and are planning on doing another class with her the next time we are visiting Edmonton.

We booked this class on our visit to Edmonton and loved it! Our chef was great and gave us a lot of useful tips as we prepared different delicious italian dishes from a refreshing salad to crispy arancini to homemade pasta with shrimp scampi. And not to forget, the ricotta cake in the end was a perfect finish! If you are in Edmonton, do yourself a favor and book this class.
