Aboard my va'a, I'll share with you my passion for traditional sailing. We'll set off in search of the wind to enjoy the sensations of gliding and adventure.
You'll be able to take part in the manoeuvres and steer the Va'a.
I'll share with you the stories of Polynesian sailors, their legends and my experiences at sea with traditional pirogues.
We'll have the chance to stop off at some of the most beautiful spots in Moorea's lagoon. While enjoying a unique setting to savour the many local fruits and snacks prepared for the outing.
I'd like to share with you the feeling of freedom I get when I take to the sea with Vaapiti!

Come and share my passion for traditional sailing on board DE Vaapiti. The first double sail canoe approved EN Polynesia. Built with me EN 4 years, you can discover my history and connect with the culture of great Polynesian navigators. You will have the opportunity DE learn about ancestral gestures (hoisting sails, steering the va'a) EN stopping in places full of history and rich EN biodiversity (sandbanks DE sand, tropical fish, rays and sharks, motu, submerged tiki and some secret spots) On board, I plan a cooler full DE fruits, DE cold drinks and local snacks. Duration DE the outing, 4 hours. In the morning (7:30 - 11:30) or in the afternoon (14:00 - 18:00). The excursion is suitable for everyone and no sailing experience is required DE. I would also share with you all the images taken during DE release (GoPro 7) ready to film if you wish. See you soon for the Vaapiti adventure!

5.00This trip was absolutely unforgettable! The crew was friendly and fun, and the views of Moorea from the boat were breathtaking. We snorkeled with rays, reef sharks, and tons of colorful fish — the guides made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Between the snorkeling, sailing, and fresh fruit on board, it was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend

5.00Experience too nice with Vaapiti! The canoe, built by Raphael, and the outing with Sean and JR was top from start to finish. Between snorkeling, canoe driving and a refreshing break with local fruits, we had a great time To do absolutely!

5.00This sailing and lagoon tour in Moorea was honestly one of the best things I did on my trip! The intro to sailing class was super fun — our instructor was so chill, patient, and made everything easy to understand. I actually learned a lot while still feeling totally relaxed the whole time. The views were unreal — the water is every shade of blue you can imagine, and the mountains in the background are just stunning. We got to swim and snorkel in the lagoon, which was such a cool bonus. The boat was super comfortable and it never felt crowded or rushed, just good vibes all around. If you’re visiting Moorea, definitely do this tour. It’s the perfect mix of learning something new, exploring the lagoon, and just enjoying paradise. I’d 100% do it again!

5.00Trooop nice outing on the sailboat 😍 the team is top, nice, professional, super cool! We've seen whales, dolphins, turtles, lots of fish and we've seen spots where other companies rarely go. If I come back, I'll go back! Maūruuru!

5.00We had the best day sailing!! Our hosts were so knowledgable about the history of the island and super friendly! We enjoyed all the spots they took us to snorkel, especially the sharks and rays! They also put together a gorgeous plate of fresh fruit for us to snack on! I especially loved that they let my husband and I assist in putting up the sail! I highly recommend this excursion when your in Mo’orea!

5.00I had a wonderful morning sailing tour with Vaapiti. We were a small group and also left early enough to beat the crowds, snorkeled over underwater tikis, swam with stingrays and black tip reef sharks, and ended with a delicious fruit platter. It was so relaxing sitting on the boat with the sails set, looking out over the turquoise lagoon. One of the highlights was spotting a humpback whale mom and calf.
