This tour is for CRUISE SHIPS ONLY. This is NOT A PRIVATE TOUR
WHEELCHAIRS - WALKERS - STROLLERS
We are UNABLE to take these items due to space on our minibuses
Join us as we venture South to Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Cawdor Castle. (Urquhart if Cawdor shut) Loch Ness and some Highland Cows, perfect for that Outlander Fan.
Avoid the hustle and bustle of a larger coach group and tour round the highlands in my 16 seat minibus.
We try to get the most out of your day out so departure times will vary depending on your ships arrival. We will be standing across the road from port security gates at 8.30 for a sharp departure and return around 3.30pm.
We will have brightly coloured umbrellas so can not be missed.

Cawdor Castle
Our first stop is Cawdor Castle and its a-maze-ing gardens. Don't get lost now we need you back on board for the rest of the tour. If Cawdor is not open early April this will be substituted with Urquhart Castle.
Clava Cairns
Dare you touch the stones? We are not covered by insurance if you head back in time to 1746.

5.00Our tour guide made us want to join the Ross Clan or at least spend time tending Jamie Frazier (our favorite Highland cow).She seemed willing and anxious to lend a hand at Cullidon Battle Field to help her countrymen . 5.00We had Lorraine for our tour guide. She was entertaining and gave us a lot of historical information as well as a local perspective. The tour group is well organized and managed to get us to places ahead of the big tour buses so things were not crowded. We didn't feel rushed and got to see quite a lot.

4.00Liked the itinerary but felt too much time was spent at Culloden. The van was much nicer than a bus, however, our driver had difficulty with the audio and people in the back couldn’t hear. The tour advertised water was included, but the driver knew nothing about it. He gave us lots of history which was a bit confusing.

5.00This is a great tour especially if you are an Outlander series fan Cawdor Castle was very interesting but lots of steps inside castle. Gardens were pretty. Our tour guide, Brandon was extremely Knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor. He kept a close eye on our small group of 14. Especially kept an eye on me since I use a cane.

He went above and beyond to adjust the itinerary to suit everyone in our group, making sure each person’s interests were taken into account. His flexibility and attention to detail really stood out. Great Outlander tour

5.00Been picked up with Avril personally with a great car at the port and then made a very special Outlander tour with her. Of course, also on time back (for those who have concerns about their ship leaving). With previous knowledge of history, my wife was also able to follow the knowledgeable lecture on the history of Scotland. Likewise, we were taught a lot about land and traditions. We have seen all the relevant places of Outlander. Grandiose also the tomb of McKenzie and also Culloden Battlefield. A really highly recommended tour for Outlander fans with a lot of interest in Scottish history. Thank you Avril for this unforgettable time with you
