  The trek and canoe through Iriomote National Park with Hiro was nothing short of amazing. We had not planned to do a tour but decided last minute to book one in and it ended up being one of our favourite days in the whole trip. Hiro was such a bubbly and knowledgeable guide. You can tell he really loves what he does - sharing about the nature of Iriomote with the new people he meets. He made us some amazing yaeyama noodles at the top of the mountain and took great photos of us during the whole day. I would 100% recommend this tour!

  Our very knowledgeable, very child-friendly, and humorous guide safely led us along incredible jungle paths, through dried-up stream beds with partly steep climbs to a breathtaking view above the waterfall. Once at the top, he cooked us a delicious ramen soup and finally led us to the base of the waterfall so we could take a bath there.   It was a really great experience to dive into the jungle! Hiro as our guide was super nice and explained us a lot about Iriomote nature. We would definitely recommend a trip with him!

  The tour is fantastic, I absolutely recommend! The guide was very friendly, patient and knew a lot about the flora and fauna of Iriomote. The view from the top of the waterfall was stunning!

  The guide, Uno, is a very nice person, very dedicated but also a but more easy-going, very easy to interact with him and ask questions and enjoy and get to know stuff about Iriomote, Yaeyama, Okinawa and Japan in general.

  Incredible experience kayaking and trekking in the jungle. The only tour available in English that we found that takes you to the amazing Pinaisara waterfall. Hiro was amazing, and the noodle lunch on top of the waterfall was also great

  Very nice trip to the waterfall. Very knowledgeable guide who knows well, tells and shows a lot of interesting things and who also reacts very flexibly to wishes. I recommend this tour!

  The mangrove kayak & waterfall hiking tour in Iriomote with Fam Fam was truly remarkable. The tour guide’s deep knowledge of the local fauna, nature and wildlife made every moment engaging and educational. From being photographed along the way to enjoying a delicious homemade soba meal prepared by the host, the entire experience felt warm, welcoming, and genuine. The hike itself is fairly intense and includes climbing steep rocks but every step is rewarded with breathtaking views that look almost unreal, as if carefully arranged by nature itself. The 6-hour tour flew by and never felt dull for a moment. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Iriomote and looking for an authentic, immersive full-day adventure.
