Monte Brasil is located in Angra do Heroísmo, on the south coast of Terceira Island, in the Azores. It comprises a caldera surrounded by four peaks: Pico das Cruzinhas, Pico do Facho, Pico da Quebrada (where the whale watch is located) and Pico do Zimbreiro.

Excellent experience to discover the island of Terceira! The tour is very well organized and really interesting. The guide is passionate about his island and shares his knowledge with great enthusiasm. He is also very kind, attentive and attentive, which makes the visit very pleasant. We made a quite complete tour of the island Terceira, well guided by Jaime who told us many stories and with History. It was undoubtedly a well spent day, we passed through various parishes, we met incredible places and had a final tasting of the cheeses of the island. Thank you @azoresnaturetours for the experience on this incredible island and Jaime for the availability and enthusiasm with which presented the island Terceira.

I had an amazing private tour with Kevin. He was extremely knowledgeable of the islands history & landscapes. Unfortunately the weather wasn't behaving to view the mountain so he quickly adopted our itinerary to instead see the volcanic lava & caves. We traveled all over & he was so generous with his time. 5 star service!! I couldn't recommend Kevin more.

This was an absolute must do tour! I had no idea how big the Island was & how many villages there are (31)! The tour took us around the entire Island where we were able to explore the many jewels of the Island. James was exceptional. He was so knowledgeable and had lots of additional fun facts to share with us. We were never rushed and James was able to answer any questions we had. 10/10 recommend!!

Each stop was amazing, the island is beautiful and our tour guide Andre was so informative. So much history was shared in a day. The cheese stop at the end was incredible as we watched the sunset over Pico island.

We had an amazing experience on this tour where we've been taken to the most beautiful places of the island. Mostly we enjoyed it because of the blue hair tour guide Amelia who was super friendly, informative and charming throughout the whole day. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this tour!

This tour exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth and well coordinated. James shared engaging stories and local insights, which made the experience truly special. The sights were breathtaking, and the timing was perfect — didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend this for anyone visiting!

We had a fabulous day with André who was so friendly and calm and knowledgeable. He shared so much history with us without being redundant and boring with too many details. We moved at a great pace never feeling rushed. André happily took pictures of us. Not only was he the best tour guide with a great sense of humor he also was a great driver on those winding, narrow, rough roads. We got to see all eight things on our itinerary because fortunately the skies cleared there was no fog and we had the most perfect day. I would highly recommend this tour and especially with André.
