  I visited Hurrem Sultan after a really long flight. My therapist was Zelis, a very nice young woman, very good at doing massage. My neck and shoulders are especially grateful to her! The atmosphere was very relaxing, interior - light and beatiful. After a wash, relaxation with some interesting fruit beverage and massage I felt way much better.

  I had a lovely experience at this hammam. I did the Zevk-i Sefa treatment and was taken excellent care of by Sevgi. I went in the early afternoon and there were 5 or so other women receiving treatments at that time. I would highly recommend this hammam and experience as long as you feel comfortable being more exposed around other women. Sevgi made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, and really worked all the tight muscles in my back during the massage. Booking this hammam was a really wonderful addition to my time in Istanbul!

  Super good experience! Very relaxing therapist Buket made me feel very confident, with a friendly and relaxed treatment. The place is beautiful and really relaxes you the whole experience!

  The place was immaculate, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the experience was top-notch. Yes, you have to get naked, and yes, that's fine. Put on the paper underwear, wrap the towel around you, and trust the process. You might feel self-conscious at first, but that gets scrubbed away, along with your top layer of skin. Also recommend getting the additional massage. Thank you to Selda for the amazing service!

  It was my 2nd visit, and this time I booked my husband in for the same ritual (Men's entrance). My therapist, Nihan, looked after me so well. I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep, and this is unusual for me during any of this type of treatment! The facilities are beautiful & clean. It is very well run. I look forward to my next visit when I am in Istanbul again.

  This is my 5th time to istanbul and 4th time going to hurrem sultan hamam , the best place to experience the beautiful historical hamam and to relax , everything is beyond perfect at this place from the welcoming to the staff , I always chose the high pacakge and believe me they will treat you like a sultana I just feel inwanna stay there and dont want to leave , I highly recommend this place with no doubt , and all the ladies who works there are very professional and lovely especially Neala she is amazing.

  Thank you for this wonderful experience. I contacted you via WhatsApp and booked a one-hour course on the afternoon of my return. The response was very pleasant from the time of booking, it was smooth and reassuring. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to DILEK-san for taking charge of the treatment. I had to go to every Turkish hammam I could, from sanding, mud packs all over my face and body to bubble massage. She called me "Queen" at every turn, and I felt like a princess and pretended to be Hüllem 😆 DILEK-san has a soft demeanor and takes it slowly and politely, so I was able to leave it to him with peace of mind throughout. It was so comfortable that I nodded off on the way. The time I heard the azaan from a distance during the treatment was also a truly unforgettable memory and an indescribable comfort. I was healed by the gentle smile and had a wonderful time. The Mimar Sinan building was also very beautiful, and I felt history everywhere, as if I were in 1557. The high ceiling, stained glass and central fountain were also impressive, and the warmth of the marble was pleasant. The sorbet, chai and lokum served after the hammam were also delicious, and I stayed long and relaxed on the warm marble floor. If you are visiting Istanbul and visiting mosques, Hagia Sophia and other places, we recommend you also try Hammam and get a taste of the 16th century Ottoman atmosphere. Once again, thank you for a wonderful time. I'd love to hear it again.

  Upon arriving I was greeted by Mona who was explained the ins and outs of the hamam experimce. She was such a positive force. I was then greeted by Dilek who was to be my hamam therapist. What a wonderful experience! She spoke English which was helpful. She was kind and smiled though out the whole experience. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a traditional Hamam experience and if you have opportunity to request and therapist, ask for Dilek.
