5.00Upon arriving I was greeted by Mona who was explained the ins and outs of the hamam experimce. She was such a positive force. I was then greeted by Dilek who was to be my hamam therapist. What a wonderful experience! She spoke English which was helpful. She was kind and smiled though out the whole experience. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a traditional Hamam experience and if you have opportunity to request and therapist, ask for Dilek.

5.00We were a little suspicious for the traditional Turkish bath experience, but it was so interesting and relaxing that we would have lost a lot if we hadn’t risked! The environment is beautiful and the woman who attended me, called Keyser, was a sweet, firm and at the same time delicate, with a smile that gave me a lot of peace... unforgettable and unforgettable experience in Istanbul!
