Blue Mosque
1- BLUE MOSQUE : Blue mosque is a 400 hundred year old imperial mosque and it was built by the Ottoman Empire in the 17.th century AD. • It is famous for its twenty thousands blue ceramic tiles. Inside, you are going to see the beautiful blue tiles of the mosque together stained glass windows . • There is a dress code for visiting the mosque; Women need headscarf and long dresses/ pants to cover the knee and men also need long pants to cover their knees It is free to get in
Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque
2- HAGIA SOPHIA : Hagia Sophia is one of the oldest cathedrals of Constantinople/ Istanbul and it was built by the Eastern Roman Empire in the 6th century AD. And still standing for 1500 years with its huge dome. • It was used as a cathedral for about a thousand years during the Roman period and then it was converted into a mosque after the Ottoman Empire took over the city in 1453 • Today it is partly used as a mosque and museum together. Inside, you will see icons and motifs from the Roman period and additions from the Ottoman period •There is a dress code to enter. Women need headscarf and long dresses that cover the knee and men also need pants to cover their knees

5.00Highly recommend booking a private tour to explore Istanbul! Sila was the guide for my wife and I and she was fantastic! She was informative, personable, and went out of her way for to give great recommendations. Having her to skip the lines was also huge value add that we weren’t expecting. We saw Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum, Basílica Cistern, and Grand Bazaar. Highlights were going to a locals restaurant for lunch, private Turkish rug shop experience, and walking through all the shops to find the best deals. We couldn’t recommend Sila or this tour enough!!

5.00The tour started a little late because we were delayed in traffic. Sude our tour guide was an excellent guide. She managed to get us into some of our sites ahead of the queue even though we had no advanced tickets. Her knowledge was excellent and maintained our interest throughout. We were given time to take photos and wander. She did bring us to an excellent inexpensive restaurant for lunch. The weather was horrible but she did an amazing tour under this disadvantage. Highly recommend

5.00We had an amazing experience exploring Istanbul’s Old city .Our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging sharing historical details in a way that was easy to understand and enjoyable skip the line access were huge advantage especially at busy attractions like Hagia Sophia and Topkapı Palace. Everything was well organized. Highly recommended.

5.00We just finished a tour of Istanbul’s Old Town with Hilal, and it was an incredible experience. She provided a fantastic overview of the city’s landmarks, sharing her deep knowledge in a way that was both engaging and easy to follow. What really stood out was how she tailored the tour to our interests, making it feel personal and unique. In addition to visiting the main sights, we had the chance to take part in a family-run ceramics demonstration and visit an authentic handmade Turkish rug workshop—both were memorable cultural experiences that we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Hilal also recommended a wonderful lunch spot away from the typical tourist crowds, which can be hard to find. It gave us a truly authentic taste of the local cuisine. Thank you again, Hilal, for introducing us to your amazing city and making our visit so special!
