Ride your own single or double ATV in the company of your guide to go off-roading through astonishing trails in the jungle and Mayan Village!
If you do not have experience riding ATVs you should not worry, ATVs are AUTOMATIC (non-mandatory driver license).
You will visit Jade Caverns where you will learn about Mayan customs of the area and also you will learn about its formation 64 million years ago. Jade Caverns is a underground Cave (Cenote) connected to the sea and underground river. There you will be able to swim or jump in to its water from a cliff of about 20 ft high.
You will also ride through the enigmatic Mayan village to stop to walk around to appreciate the Mayan temple and one of the oldest Catholic churches on the Island, as well as having free time to take a look at the crafts made by locals.
At the end of the ATV tour you will be able to taste a variety of artisanal organic tequila.
Finishing the activities we will take you back to the same tour pickup point.

Jade Cenote
The cenote is a natural formation that is more than 60 million years old. I will explain the history of the place to you, you will learn about the importance of cenotes in the Mayan culture and you will be able to have fun jumping into the water from a 20-foot natural platform.
El Cedral
We will stop to walk around the Mayan town, visiting a 900-year-old Mayan Temple and I will explain the fascinating history of the place, most of the townspeople are of Mayan descent, they produce black coral jewelry, finally I will show you one of the oldest Catholic churches in Cozumel.

5.00We had a great guide in Sergio, who met us at the ferry terminal and took us to meet up with the others in our group to go to the Mayan village. Sergio was very knowledgeable and fun to be around. He made sure we were all having a good time! Riding the ATVs was easier than I thought it would be as a first-timer (thank goodness they were automatic) and the beautiful cenote was refreshing to swim in. The tequila tasting was so enjoyable that we bought a bottle to take back with us. Overall it was a GREAT excursion which I would recommend to anyone!

5.00Do this tour if you want to immerse yourself in the Mayan culture! The ATVs were easy to drive, my youngest is 15 and he did fine. Sergio was our guide and he was enthusiastic, engaging and on time to pick us up:) Our family of 5 said it was their favorite day in Cozumel. To get the full experience please get into the cool water at the cenote! The tequila tasting was a history lesson & yummy. The townspeople of El Cedrel were very welcoming to us. Thank you Juan for the cold coconuts! Again thank you Sergio, we couldn’t ask for a better experience with you!

5.00This excursion was a highlight of our trip. All communication was clear from the company and easy to meet them right outside the port. Miguel "Big Mike" was an awesome tour guide and was big on safety with the ATVs. Driving the ATVs was super fun and my 13yo son and 15 yo daughter loved that they were able to drive their own. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing. Highly recommend jumping in! (No one from our group outside of our family jumped in and they really missed out. Don't know why they didn't!) The only thing we would change about the tour is being able to spend more time at the cenote. Included tequila tasting at the end of the tour with some very good tequilas. Would recommend this tour to anyone!

His knowledge on the Mayan history and the science behind the cenote added so much to our experience. I highly recommend this company and Miguel, you won’t regret it!!!

5.00This was a wonderful experience! There was great communication a couple days via WhatsApp, prior to our arrival which provided details on where to meet our guide right outside of port. Miguel was a great guide, answering questions, and made it a great excursion! This was the first time I booked an excursion outside of the cruise line and it was such a smooth experience! Highly recommend for families! Lots of fun!
