On arrival on our cruise ship, there was no driver in evidence, so we called the number and they said the trip had been cancelledand they would refund our money. Why would our trip cancelled because they weren’t enough people for the tour, but I had booked a private tour, so that excuse didn’t wash. They claimed to have reached out to us, but we had no communication.
