We visit the city of gold and one of the famous township in world where two of our noble peace prize winners used to live and also to the local restaurants to enjoy our local south Africa food. 5.00We had a wonderful experience. Pastor, our guide, was careful as a driver and very knowledgeable. His explanations provide the context to appreciate what we were seeing. Fees were all included plus we had a choice between a restaurant and a buffet for lunch. Johannesburg struggles to evolve after the decline of gold and diamond mining. Soweto presents stark contrasts between the haves and the gave nots. The Apartheid museum reminds us to be vigilant for cruelty creeps un us very easily.

5.00A fascinating insight into life in Johannesburg & Soweto contrasting mansions, tin shacks & everything in between. Plus time to explore the Apartheid Museum at our own pace. Our guide Pastor was excellent & gave us lots of interesting information. We had a great lunch buffet that enabled us to try a variety of local dishes.
Unforgettable experience. Felt safe on this tour. Could never do on our own
