False advertising on free cancellation

We were sick and couldn't make the trip. It said free cancelation if given 24 hours notice, but ended up not to be true. That's why such a low review. False advertising! We even have the ship Dr's note stating we were in quarantine. Beware!

Really great tour with Dave. Amazing person, really easy going and interesting. We enjoyed the tour and all the stops he suggested were really cool. Definitely recommend this!

Did drive bys past the fish hatchery and Governor’s Mansion. Stopped twice to view Mendenhall Glacied from a distance. We thought the stop would be closer. Never went to Douglas Island. St Terese’s Shrine was really good since hubby proposed there 26 years ago. Only animal sightings were 5 eagles in the grass at a distance. Joel did stop at Safeway for a quick bathroom stop, and at Red Dog Saloon to let us off at the end.

I was looking for a tour of Juneau for our multi-generational family that wouldn’t break the bank. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and tour. Joel picked us up right at the port in a nice clean van that easily accomplished us all. He had water and snacks for us from the world’s smallest Costco and off we went. We spent the next 3 hours seeing Juneau with a friend. He shared some history of Juneau with us, helped us spot bald eagles, a black bear, marmot and other wildlife in the area. Had a great photo op at the Mendenhall Glacier and ever offered to take us to Fred Meyer’s. We were back on the ship in plenty of time to spare. Can’t recommend this tour enough.
