5.00This was a great day trip, so good we went back again the next day. Our driver knew the shortcuts to beat the heavy Kandy traffic, was knowledgeable about each place we went and wasn’t offended when we opted to not do a few of the side ventures such as a wood carving shop.

5.00I did this tour in February 2026. I only had one day to tour Kandy and this seemed like the best available option. It was an excellent tour and I highly recommend it.

5.00I have just finished this tour on Tuesday 24th February 2026. My tuk tuk driver and tour guide was Thiwanka. He shared his excellent knowledge of the various sites and Sri Lankan history. He's also a very good driver on those crazy roads. I enjoyed the tour and I learned A LOT from Thiwanka. If you visit Kandy and want to see and learn plenty, this tour is a great option.

5.00We found ourselves with a free day in Kandy, had already visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth and the Royal Botanical Gardens, and just wanted a general tour of the city and to visit Ambuluwawa Tower. The weather forecast wasn’t favourable, but Rohan got us to the tower before the rain began, and then did his utmost to make the best of the rest of the tour. The rain, however, got heavier and heavier as the day progressed, and we decided to cut the tour short. Rohan was clearly disappointed, wanting to showcase the best of his city and deliver full value for money for the booking. It wasn’t his fault the weather proved unsociable, and his driving in heavy rain and heavy traffic is to be applauded. I can certainly recommend this tour, and Rohan for his safe driving, knowledge of the area, willingness to tailor the tour to our needs, and narrative as we travelled.

5.00What a day!! In a single day we managed to see everything there is in Kandy as well as visit the Ambulawawa tower. Our host and tuktkuk driver, Thiwanka has been exceptional. Thank you for taking care of us my friend. If you are looking for a reliable tour guide to take you to the White tower, this is the one. Highly recommended!

5.00We had a great tour with a wonderful tour guide! He took his time to explain everything to us, made sure we were always comfortable and happy. He catered the tour to what we wanted to see and do. He took awesome pictures for us throughout the tour. My husband wasn’t feeling well and he even stopped at a pharmacy so we could get meds. We would recommend this tour!
