This 1.5-hour Segway tour will visit the cultural center of Kansas City, taking in the architecture, art, and landscape/gardens of our bustling metropolis. This 1.5 hr tour does NOT go to The Plaza shopping/restaurant district or to the Westport area.

Please note that all guests NEED TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE the start of their tour time for MANDATORY SEGWAY TRAINING. There is available on-street PARKING in the immediate area along Walnut St. and 43rd St.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

Minimum age is 12 years old AND THEY MUST WEIGH AT LEAST 100 lbs. for the Segway base to operate correctly.

Participants under 18 MUST be with a parent or responsible party 21 yrs or older to sign waiver.

Maximum weight is 275 lbs.

Dress code: closed-toe shoes are best, no heels, weather appropriate layers, and no hats worn under helmets.

Sorry, NO PREGNANT Segway tour participants!

NOT recommended for those with restricted mobility issues, must be able to stand comfortably for up to 2 hrs.

NOT recommended for those with recent hip or knee replacement or back surgeries.

NOT ALLOWED FOR PREGNANT TRAVELERS.

Not recommended for participants who have had major hip/knee replacement surgeries.

Kyle was a great guide. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. His knowledge of the area was good and watched out for our safety on the Segway.

Super Artsy view of KC! Kyle was a fantastic guide. He loves his job and we enjoyed our tour with him! Great places we had never been to! Everyone should try the Segway Tours! So much fun!

Kyle was a good, patient teacher for us as first time Segway users. We found it so enjoyable to be breezing down the tree lined streets and then hearing the history and odd details of different parts of the art district when we got there. And I loved flying around that big, open plaza in front of the Nielsen Atkins Art museum. Kyle was very comfortable and likable. I highly recommend! Laura Russell

Very nice tour! Segways are fun! Our guide, Kyle took time explain a number things about KC art history. He went at nice pace didn't rush through the tour.

This was fun! Great way to some sites in KCMO and learn some history while gliding away. At 63 years old I thought I might not be able to do a Segway, but I’m happy to say I was wrong! Kyle was kind and patient with everyone, took great care of us, thanks for the cold water bottles. Would highly recommend Kansas City Segway Tours!

My son and I took this tour with Kyle our tour guide. He was very kind and knew a lot of fascinating history of the arts district. If you have never ridden a Segway try it, it’s easy. Kyle takes time to show you if you don’t know.

Fun tour of KC art museums. Segway took a bit to get used to but got a lot easier and funner as the trip went on. Most of the trip is a perfect Segway area. I'm a local and I hadn't seen all these places.
First time on a Segway! Fun time, great tour!
