  TO FLEE ++++++++ I rented a vehicle from 28/10/25 to 02/11/25 at ALAMO rent car at Montpellier airport. I rented an opel corsa. On 28/10/25 at 4:30 pm I am greeted by an employee who is heading to a southern fox. We tour the vehicle with the said employee (I don't have her name or surname) who tells me that I was upgraded for free (thank you!) , there was only a scratch on the rear right door that was reported as well as some scratches on the rims. So far everything's fine. I return the vehicle on 02/11/2025 at 8pm and there the employee who receives me to tour the vehicle opens the trunk and tells me: where is the rear beach? I replied that there was none because I did not even know that the vehicle had one. The employee tells me that he will inquire and that the next day I will hear from the rental company. He also tells me that you should always take pictures or videos when renting a vehicle... Wouldn't it be for them to do that? I received, this evening at almost 8pm, several emails telling me that the vehicle was damaged because the rear beach is missing (loss / theft...) and that they will charge me 250€ + 1700€ if I do not prove to them that it was not there. What would I have done with a back beach? Would I have brought him back with me on the plane to equip my car? Obviously, I'm not going to let it happen. To follow...

  We booked this Airport Transfer initially just so we had a secure airport-to-hotel transportation for the first day of our Karachi visit. Baaqer was polite, quick to respond, and a great communicator. His vehicle was newer, nicer, in great condition, and a very comfortable ride in the air conditioning. The pickup was smooth, thanks to his help! He helped us find a currency converter and took care of our luggage, all the way to the hotel lobby! As he left, he let us know that he offered other services, such as a city tour or a private driver (and at great rates, I may add). When our original transportation plans for the rest of our trip fell through, we took him up on his offer for a private driver and were not disappointed! He was always able to find us to our destination quickly and easily. He is a very skilled driver, and we always felt safe. He gave good suggestions and offered interesting facts about the city during our drives. I regret that we didn't have a day free for his city tour! We will definitely be using his services again on our next visit! 10/10
