  We enjoyed and had a nice experience, our driver Oualid had immediately contacted us to provide us with all the info. Arrived just in time and even came to the lobby to pick us up. We had a very nice excursion!

  An outstanding tailored tour that catered perfectly for our needs and fully met our expectations. Our guide Abdul was very knowledgeable and told us many interesting details. Our driver Mohammed was always there to pick us up and the car was very comfortable. Thank you Abdul and Mohammed. We would highly recommend this tour as an excellent way to get a first look at marvellous Marrakech.

  We had a private tour with Mohammed as our driver and Abdelfatah as our tour guide. Mohammed was polite, friendly and exuded calmness and safety as he manoeuvred us around the frenetic streets of Marrakesh. Abdelfatah was incredibly knowledgeable and a natural storyteller as he brought the history of the city to life with humour and charm. He also kept us safe from the multiple motorbikes as he navigated us through the narrow alleyways of the Medina Souks. We learnt many things along the way including why the city walls have holes in (for ventilation and to stop cracks in the event of an earthquake) and how many gates there are through the city walls (19). All in all we had a very enjoyable and informative afternoon.

  We took the tour that has just a driver, no guide. Basically, we wanted to be driven around to the sights listed in the itinerary. Instead of taking petit taxis with language problems and haggling difficulties. All was fine except when it came to the last stop, the Jemaa El Fna and Souks. We were left at the entrance of Jemaa and driver told us he would pick us up at the same spot 2 hours later. Unfortunately, he was late by 25 minutes, citing the traffic jam. Our opinion is since his only job was to drive us, he shouldn't have gone too far from the pickup point. We waited in the hot sun for 25 minutes and he never updated us through WhatsApp about his ETA. BTW he's the driver mentioned in some reviews as a "good driver".

  The experience was amazing we were picked up in air conditioned mini bus with water. The driver and tour guide were very friendly and made us feel comfortable we were travelling with two small children and interacted amazing with them to make it fun.

  This tour is not much more than a taxi service around the city. In hindsight it was not the right tour for us because we had seen the Mosque & the Medina with the Tannery on our own. We were not under the impression at time of booking that we had to pre book the Yves Saint Laurant garden which was sold out so we missed out on that highlight. We went to the Argon oil place for the big sell on the oil products, came out of there to find driver had gone to get petrol (which he could have done whilst we were visiting the jewish part of town) & then taken to another place by the sales lady from the oil place obviously for more sales. We asked to go to visit other places perhaps a bit out of the city & we were given a BIG NO despite it being a private tour. So overall disappointing

  We booked a 1/2 day private tour guide to see the highlights of Marrakesh. Our guide Abdelfatah Naanaa was really informative and interesting, we started at central mosque, then visited Bahia Palace, from where we walked around the Medina and Souks.

  This was an incredible experience. I don't normally write reviews but had to this time because our guide Hassan was just phenomenal. We were a group of 5 women and Hassan was not only knowledgeable, taking us round the sights and sounds of Marrakech, it's rich history and culture, but he was also extremely patient with our group and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and safe experience- even when we went to the souk, we weren't taken anywhere we didn't want to visit and all the stops were well explained and we were given adequate time to explore. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Marrakech. It was incredible!

  Our pick up was on time, thank you. A whistle top tour for the highlights of Marrakech. Both Mohamed our driver and our guide Aziz were both very good. They personalised the tour to suit what we wanted. The walk through the souk was the best part for me. We enjoyed the tour very much.

  Fantastic tour. Private transfer, jumped the queues for the museums and the guide was really knowledgeable. The tour of the medina was a highlight - you’d get utterly lost otherwise! Thoroughly recommend for first time visitors to Marrakech.
