This trip is designed in such a way that it helps travelers to explore the local lifestyle of people in Kathmandu Valley including one of the most visited UNESCO enlisted heritage sites and the rest of all the equally interesting but less explored sites of Kathmandu & Bhaktapur city.
Boudhanath Stupa is one of the biggest Stupas in South Asia. The giant Stupa is a gateway to heaven serving as a horizon between the earth and sky. The eyes of Buddha painted on Stupa are diversely described as mysterious, impassive, empathy & shrewd. Nawatan Dham, a less explored site but rich in cultural value is a holy shrine of Hindus. Nagadesh is an old city in Bhaktapur that holds ancient values. Shankha Statue park is in the old city Patan, at the bank of Bagmati river. It is a peaceful & fun place to visit.

5.00We were able to take a tour where we ultimately received more than was planned in advance. There were no additional costs or hidden fees. All our wishes were addressed before the tour. Shiva, our guide, speaks German very well, and we were able to discuss everything over the phone before the tour. Respect for this achievement, as such things are very rare. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sabbatical Explore Nepal. Five stars are not enough; he actually deserves double that. It's worth it!!!

My host and owner of Sabbatical Explore Nepal, Shiva gave me the most personable trip I have ever experienced and I have traveled to many places around the world. Shiva treated me like a beloved family member who always met my requests promptly and was even became my personal photographer and took some amazing photos of my trip. 5.00Incredibly friendly and open staff, who put together appropriate trips based on the wishes and ideas of the customers and are always available to you personally or by phone during the trekking etc. and follow the process and react best to local changes (weather etc.) if necessary. 100% recommendation and especially recommended for solo travelers women.

5.00shiva was a great tour planner. he planned everything for us for our stay in nepal and we didn’t lift a finger, just be at the lobby in the morning and everything was sorted for us. it made the vacation unforgettable and very stress free as we didn’t have to worry about anything. all the tours that shiva planned for us were very enjoyable, family friendly and very affordable. definitely recommend shiva and when we return to nepal we will be seeking his services again. every accommodation that shiva booked for us was amazing with all meals included as well as a driver to take us to places.
