Very good experience. The driver, Thomas, was in contact with us to adjust the tour start time based on the boat. I accompanied us on visits, it was super friendly and flexible. I'm so glad I hired them. I take away a star for the level of English as we would have liked to receive more explanations about the sites visited. Save that, the rest was perfect and I recommend it for those who have a day tour in Taipei or finish their cruise in Keelung.

Had a great day with our driver Charlie who was very accommodating. From booking to departure, communication was great and smooth. Even had a special request to drop off at Keelung cruise terminal which was done with no issues. Open itinerary to do what we wanted and had great insight from Charlie. Great option if you have limited time in Taiwan like we did.
Paid overtime pay.

The tour was great but the six hours is not enough to see all the places listed in the tour. We end up paying extra for 1.5 hours which is 1kNTD. We were 30 minutes late for pick up. Its not the drivers fault.

Fantastic experience. Flexible to our specific requests. Took plenty of pictures, unprompted. Took us to extra must see places that were unplanned. Very educational and friendly.

Our guide Martin Lee was excellent! Martin made our day fun filled and interesting. He chose a great lunch spot, took lots of photos of us visiting the sights and promptly sent them to us! Martin goes the extra mile.

Our driver Justin picked us up on time at the port in his clean and well maintained car. He drives very attentively and is extremely helpful and friendly. In addition, he gave us many valuable tips on the sights and led us to a local teahouse/restaurant. We were able to visit the northeast coast with the Yehliu Geopark, the mountain village of Jiufen as well as the old town and the waterfall of Shifen. We highly recommend this company.

Everything was excellent! Martin was great! He contacted us days before the tour to make sure we knew where to meet him. On the day, the ship was late in the process of completing immigration for all passengers and we agreed with Martin to meet later, he was very accommodating. The tour itinerary was great, que explained everything, he took pictures off us and even exchanged some money since we couldn’t do it before. At the end he dropped us off at the Night Market and explained our way back to the ship. Thank you Martin!!
