  Justin was our driver and made our trip a very pleasant one. His car was very clean and comfortable and he, himself, was anxious to make our day with him an enjoyable one. He was more than willing to change the itinerary to suit our needs and definitely treated us like royalty, choosing to park closer to the venue so we wouldn't have to walk too far. He was a charming man. I guess the one thing I wasn't aware of was that he is not an actual tour guide, but rather, just a driver, which in fairness, he did tell us from the start. It was my mistake that I just assumed the driver would also be a guide who could tell us a bit more about the places we were visiting. While he did his best to explain some things, don't expect a full on account or historical talk. Language was definitely a barrier. But again, that was not his fault, it was mine for making an assumption. I would like to acknowledge his willingness to swap days for us. Our ship was delayed, which meant we wouldn't have had the full 6 hours so we asked if he would change the day to the following day and he readily agreed. Communication with Justin was excellent and the icing on the cake was that he sent us photos that he had taken of us during the day. Thank you so much, Justin. We were so happy to have had our day with you. 😊

  Berry was an exceptional guide who was very informative, helpful and caring. He went the extra mile. We crammed so many different sites into our day. We would recommend him to everyone.

  Geo Park was very impressive place, very happy to visit it. Water fall place was also very nice and Sky lathers place was very unique.Our guide was very professional and we happy to spend this day with him

  We had such a great day with Martin Lee! He sent me a WhatsApp before the tour started, so we could easily find him. Our daughter got car sick right after the start, but Martin was very compassionate and changed the itinerary according to our needs, so we had more time at the Geopark and less time in the car. The lunch was one of the best we ever had and we would not have been able to find that little restaurant on our own - a hidden gem! Martin provided us with rain jackets, took lots of pictures and even gave us some local money, so that we didn’t need an ATM. We would definitely book him again!

  Did this as day two in Taipei. What a great experience, as this was more nature versus museums, but it was right up our alley. We covered so many things. I really enjoyed the mining town, the waterfall (lots of stairs) as well as the lantern release. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Made me laugh a lot well worth the time and adventure. Would definitely recommend.
