Discover the wild beauty of Khao Sok National Park on a full-day guided trip from Khao Sok. Feed and bathe elephants and take a bamboo raft downstream. Enjoy a Thai lunch, visit a market, and try local coffee.
Following pickup from your hotel in Khao Lak, head to the Takuapa local market (only guests picked up from Khao Lak. Guests from other pick-up locations will not visit the local market) to browse and look at all the products.
From there, continue to the elephant rescue camp. Feed these amazing animals some bananas and cool them off with a bath. Next, visit the monkey temple. Eat a Thai-style lunch at the local restaurant next to the river before bamboo rafting along the Khao Sok River.

5.0Robert, our driver and guide was excellent. He took time to ensure we fully experienced every activity and he had planned our schedule expertly. The elephant refuge was particularly interesting.

5.0The bamboo rafting was the highlight. It was so relaxing and peaceful in an environment that few experience. The lunch was delicious and plentiful. Bathing and feeding the elephants and getting up close to these majestic beasts was truly wonderful.

5.0Small intimate trip of 8 people with a very knowledgeable enthusiastic tour guide. We first headed to a street market them out to the elephants We fed and bathed them with plenty of opportunities for photos. Next we headed to the Monkey Temple where wild monkeys were running free then it was time for an hour on a bamboo raft which was very peaceful. As we floated along the river we saw wild monkeys high up on the trees, a snake and some frogs. We stopped half way for a coffee in bamboo cups which tasted lovely. It was quite a climb to the spot where we had coffee but our bamboo 'driver' helped me and later allowed my mum to guide the raft along thr river. All in all a great trip seeing more rural Thailand.

4.0Our tour guide Witun was kind and joyful. He really set the mood high with his energy. Good transportation and driver as well. Everything was on time. Bamboo rafting was one of the most memorable activities I've ever done! Learning and taking care of the elephants was heartwarming and amazing. I gave 4 stars because the meet and feed with the monkeys could be organized a bit better. Otherwise I truly recommend this day trip for everyone.

5.0What an amazing experience! GG our tour guide was absolutely amazing. We truly didn’t know what to expect but wow it was a great personal touring experience. We stopped at the morning market, bathe with elephants, had tea and tasty treats, visited the viewpoint that was featured in the movie Gold and went bamboo rafting with coffee in the jungle. We had a great lunch to top it off and on the journey back out tour guide allowed us to stop at a natural spring for a quick dip. She did an amazing job and happy we had her as our personal guide for the day
