  We realy enjoyed the cooking lesson! The expirience was amazing! We spent lovely time while cooking and talking! We recomend everybody. We found out about this lesson while our visit in the Sambo Khmer Restaurant. After trying there food the lesson would be great :)

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience learning about Cambodian Cooking. Sokha was a fantastic teacher and Sambo’s was a short walk from our hotel. The food and recipes were excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who’s enthusiastically curious.

  We went to sambo for dinner and it was so delicious when we found out they did a cooking class we couldn’t miss it. The food was delicious and we learnt some new tips and tricks. Thankyou for having us :) love from New Zealand 🇳🇿

  We first came to the restaurant, we loved it so much that I came back for a cooking class. it was great we'll paced and interesting to discuss around. The chef had a perfect English so it very smooth and our meal was great. Thanks for the class.

  I booked a morning cooking class with few expectations. The location was convenient and the timing worked into our otherwise busy day. Upon arriving, we were presented with glasses of freshly squeezed drinks that combined lemongrass, mint and lime; delicious and refreshing! Our instructor Sokha Sombor warmly greeted us, making sure we were comfortable before giving us a thorough explanation of all the ingredients we’d be working with, along with her suggestions for substitutions. Her class was well organized, professional, engaging and very satisfying. We prepped and cooked 3 dishes that we ate at the completion of the class; a salad, a main course and a dessert. Her food was delicious and our cooking experience was enjoyable because of her instructions. If you have an opportunity to take Sokha’s class, I can all but guarantee that you’ll find it as worthwhile and enjoyable as we did. If you’re interested in mastering 3 Cambodian dishes that can easily be replicated when you return home, take this class. Thank you Sokha!

  Loved the cooking class! Sokha is very light-hearted and kind. The restaurant is also fabulous, amazing Khmer food. Definitely worth a visit. Felt very at home, the food we cooked was delicious. Thank you Sokha!

  Sambo cooking class is a really good moment. Sokha is a great cook and she can explain very well the whole process. She is very helpful, nice and she makes you feel home. At the end of the class it was a pleasure to taste what I had cooked, a real bite of Cambodia, and to share it with my partner for lunch as it was a lot. I recommend this class.

  This was an excellent cooking class. The students each had their own ingredients to prepare and their own burner and pot to use. So you really made all of the recipes yourself. There were three delicious dishes that we made. I feel very comfortable that I will be able to go home and use the recipes I was given to make those same dishes.

  This was an amazing cooking class. Sokha is a great teacher. She worked with each of us to make sure we understood what we were doing. We each had our own ingredients to prepare, our own burner and our own pot. We made the recipes with her guidance. All three of the dishes were delicious. She sent us the recipes and I will definitely make them when I get home. This is one of the best cooking classes that I’ve taken. I highly recommend it.
